You can’t hate this people enough. They prep up themselves with all kinds of PEDs and peptides and then they talk about training. YEAH MF, as if this shit matters for regular everyday life people who aren’t chemically enhanced like a shitfuck breeding bull. Fuck em all, really.

This is why so many people are fat. 2,000cal for dinner went down like it was nothing, and I went very easy on the sauces and only had 6 fries. Every time I eat this type of food I’m reminded of just how delicious this stuff is and how insanely easy it is to overeat it. Wasn’t even close to full after. Throw in a large soda, full order of fries, and a “normal” amount of sauces, and this meal is easily 3,000cal without even trying.

Client Transformation Six years ago Austin was out of shape, frustrated, and done waiting for the perfect moment We met playing softball. He was out of shape, frustrated, wasn't living like the man he knew he could be. Tired of waiting for the perfect moment that never comes. So he started. Not ready, but just actually fucking started. He just hit 405 for 2 on bench on Monday. First time ever touching four plates. Squatting and deadlifting in the mid to high 600s. Got hired as a strength coach because his physique and strength proved he had the discipline to lead. We built this around his actual life. Fixed his knees and shoulders with isometric work and smart recovery protocols so he could train pain free. Programmed his training to fit his schedule, not the other way around. Built strength and size simultaneously with my powerbuilding philosophy. Now we're reversing into a bulk to put on some more quality size and a 1750 total on the big 3 by end of June for a Rogue Challenge. He didn't have some magic advantage you don't have. He just refused to stay on the sidelines any longer and jumped right in. Knew it would take him years. Showed up anyway. That's the only difference between him and where you are right now. You already know what happens if you wait another six years. Don't be lazy. Move to Texas. This home is just 15 minutes from me in Dallas and is $350,000 for 4,000 sf. So many of your problems would be solved by moving here. Yet you complain about the moving process. Trust me, California sucks. I lived in San Diego for 4.5 years. You could not pay me to move back.
