$NBIS Deal with no details over capex, GPU/MW, pre-payments etc is a nothing burger for me and indicative of a less transparent AI as a service sector, with a growing opaque profitability/cashflows multi-year profile, while it being the most critical reference for long term investors. In general, disclosures’ trend is not good.
