Chaired 16th 'All India Pension Adalat' at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi. "Pensioners must be viewed as valuable contributors to nation building whose experience, expertise and institutional memory remain a national asset. When PM @narendramodi insists that in the making of 'Viksit Bharat', each and every citizen is expected to contribute, that also envisages the contribution by this large population of enlightened senior citizens. The major advantage of Pension Adalat mechanism is that all stakeholders sit together on a common platform and resolve issues collectively, often on the spot, instead of limiting interactions to routine file movement and official correspondence. Such direct engagement also brings a change in administrative mindset and promotes a more practical and humane approach to governance. Measures like Digital Pension Reforms have brought ease in the process of Pension delivery. The Pension Adalat considered 985 cases pertaining to 37 Ministries and Departments which had remained pending for more than 45 days as on 15.04.2026. As on date, 728 cases, accounting for nearly 74 percent of the total grievances, have already been resolved".

Discussion focused on reforms in PFM, AI-era cybersecurity, digital governance & innovation. Delegates included officers from Union & State Govts, IMF , finance leaders from RBI & Banks, and experts from NPCI, NIC and several other prominent consultants @FinMinIndia @RBI @sarttac
