Encourage your children to talk to you about any discomfort they feel from something they've seen or experienced online.
Many children who face online bullying or sextortion may feel ashamed to confide in an adult, but open communication is key to helping them.

Happening Now: 5th Annual CEO Cyber Security Breakfast at the @UCC_Official Head Office.
The Annual CEO Cyber Security Breakfast is ongoing at the UCC Head Office and our CEO, Nicholas Mbonimpa, led a panel discussion with panellists answering the question, "Reflecting on the past five years, has your organization made any strategic shifts in its cybersecurity approach to strengthen its overall business strategy?"
The panel included CEOs of Uganda's leading Mobile Network Operators @mtnug, @Airtel_Ug , and @LiquidInTechUG. There are not better entities to discuss Cybersecurity in Uganda than the networks that handle the most data traffic in Uganda!
The key message of the discussion was that for any organisation to take cybersecurity seriously, the tone has to start at the top.
Thank you, @UCC_Official for the opportunity to engage in such vital conversations.
