The Mittelstadt-Zacha-Arvidsson line is now +19 at 5-on-5. Best goal differential for a Bruins line since Zacha-Krejci-Pastrnak in 2022-23 (+20). Last time a Bruins line had a season better than +20 was 2013-14. Lucic-Krejci-Iginla was +25 and Marchand-Bergergon-Smith was +22.

@HagensBetter @_MikeSullivan I was at the HOF yesterday (coincidentally). Lots of Americans there. The Olympic display had a lot of traffic. Wish I had of grabbed a pic. It would have come in handy, right now.

@Striker0777 @smclaughlin9 I track this stuff for my keeper pool. All of the guys I follow had Lane slated higher than where he eventually went (62nd), except Pronman who ranked him at 137 (ouch😂)... Bader (8th), Peters (21st), Smaht Scouting (29th) & Button (31st) all considered him a 1st round talent.

@smclaughlin9 There are a bunch of prognosticators, go look at their rankings, Elite Prospects, Button, McKeens, Peters, Ferrari, Bukala, Cosentino, Kennedy, Dobberprospects, Malloy, Central Scouting, Daily Faceoff, Sportsnet, etc. not 1 had him in the 1st most had in the 50’s.

Remains baffling all around. Lane Hutson was always a first-round talent. Look at what he did at the NTDP. Was obvious the second he stepped on the ice at BU that NHL teams blew it.
Then they watched Cole do the same things at the NTDP, and made the same mistake two years later.

@DLee075 Drafting 18 year old kids trying to project what they will be on 5 to 10 years is far from an exact science.
There was also a blip in these players development. Hutson barely played in 19/20, 20/21 & 21/22 due to Covid. 78 games in 3 years!
This is a serious blip for many.

Skinner is 3-1-1 with a .937 over his last 5 games. Obviously Edmonton has seen enough to know not to trust this stretch but it would also be totally Edmonton to trade Skinner for Jarry and watch Skinner be the better goalie.
