what CT thnks institutions want - neutral currency + immutable tokens what institutions really want - any form of value + immutable auditability its this basic misunderstanding why CT still doesn't understand $LINK.

>Smart contract L1's will accrue a larger percentage of crypto total value over time as the investable infrastructure layer. The value capture of chains is down only. As chains expand capacity, congestion fees go down. Ethereum median gas fees: March 2021: 140 gwei March 2022: 38 gwei March 2023: 25 gwei March 2024: 42 gwei March 2025: 1.2 gwei March 2026: 0.1 gwei As infrastructure matures, contestion fees (paying for priority access to contested state) are recaptured by applications and oracles. I'm not even sure what you could possibly be seeing that supports that claim. The fat protocol thesis has been on the way out for some time now.

@arcamids Some of these just seem hilariously small to me. I imagine the guy making the ~$300 purchase of LINK for a wealth management company while he sits in a $1000 chair using a $3000 PC wearing his $4000 suit 😂

In a recent webinar with @Chainlink and @FTI_US's Head of Digital Asset & Investor Advisory Services Sandy Kaul echoed @BlackRock's CEO Larry Fink when she spoke about the Protocol Economy and Bitcoins importance as the pivot point to this new economy. Powered by Chainlink If you watch this and can't feel it in your plums after hearing that - I cant help you. "𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗵𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆'𝘀 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 - 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 - 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 - 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 and this Protocol Economy offers a very different value proposition. Right - in the traditional Platform Economy you invested into the company that built the platform that attracted the users and that created Network Effects. Right so you are buying the company based on the value proposition if it could create network effects and benefit from that. But now with the Protocol Economy of which Bitcoin was the originator right you are buying the network, you are buying the network effects, you are buying the network and I think that is such an advancement in the investment hypothesis, but so many people have lost that because they got very caught up in the mechanics of the early Bitcoin trading the difficulty of accessing it. So as a product the Bitcoin ETF is going to now have a place in portfolios because of its spectacular performance and its speculative performance in the past. But in doing so it's going to open up the real story of innovation of why is Bitcoin having that type of performance and what is it enabling and I think people will really start to internalize that. 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘂𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆. So that's why it's going to be in history so important - in present it's also so important because we have heard over and over about the need for diversification into alternatives in individual and wealth portfolios and alternatives have been difficult to access because of the l liquidity structure even some of the newer retail focused offerings have liquidity issues associated with them for smaller accounts. Whereas crypto and Bitcoin and the Bitcoin ETF is something very liquid that can now play the role of that alternative exposure in many accounts, so that's the shortterm case. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 in a way that I think investors will really be able to internalize and understand" LINK CCIP RWA Tokenization DeFI

Most people forget that cryptocurrency is the field of Trust engineering: - Identify Trust - Measure Trust - Minimise Trust Trust exists everywhere: in cryptographic assumptions, software implementations, social coordination, and every point of human intervention. It is impossible to build a Trustless system. Trust-minimisation is a spectrum and it always comes with trade-offs. For example, one may wish to 'turn off governance and upgradeability of a system', but this does not remove Trust. It transfers it to the assumption that the current implementation is bug-free and capable of surviving the test of time. An engineer's goal is to manipulate and shape Trust. To design and build a system that Trusts software and cryptography 99.9% of the time, and human intervention less than 0.1% of the time. That is what all thrive to build. It is significantly better than the legacy financial system. That is why they are now moving onto our rails and will continue to do so at size and speed.

@ChainlinkJedi Sergey's special skill is his ability to eat 77 bigmacs in one sitting. He performed this highly dangerous gigachad feat in 2016 for swift innotribe to prove he can carry the entire GFS on his back. Many OGs have based their entire LINK investment thesis around this feat.

Tokenization is changing how the world works. This isnt being introduced into the financial system just to keep doing business as always - but with a blockchain. People are beginning to understand crypto was the precursor to Tokenization. Tokenization is the precursor to Automation. The Fourth Industrial Revolution. $LINK

$XRP is at the center of everything we do! First, we sell $XRP to launch products and buy companies. Then, with the remaining money we do buybacks of Ripple Labs stock! We socialize all of our corporate overhead to XRP holders, and then privatize all the spoils to Ripple Labs shareholders! $XRP is at the center of it all!

I did it. I submitted a project to the @chainlink Hackathon! My first hackathon ever tbh. I made a simulation of a confidential PoR with autonomous recovery, built on CRE using Chainlink Confidential Compute private token transfers. I'm pretty happy with it considering I have very limited experience with ANY sort of dev work. There's no reason to lie and say I didn't lean on AI to help me work through it because I did but it was still a big challenge for me. Everyone has to start somewhere. This is a great time to start making things if you're an ideas guy. While this project was more theoretical for me, I have some ideas in the tank that I think will make it to production this year. You can just do things. $LINK

It's been a blast going through A TON of ideas for the @Chainlink Hackathon. I'm zeroing in on a couple of things but don't have "the one" yet. Confidential compute comes out in a few days for CRE, and I'm inclined to spin it it up. Either way I'm going to start building out some fun stuff this year I think.

@obliiviiscariis @ChainLinkGod @Xmarine777 @The_DTCC @chainlink Personally, I think Citadel is using it's influence to create a narrative to dump ZRO tokens on retail using big name associations (ICE, DTCC) in the style of ripple. The pivot to a chain refreshes the narrative and caters to retail's simple minded valuation methods.
