Testimony on House Bill 25-1273 was heard in Senate committee this week. Colorado Professional Fire Fighters Secretary/Treasuree Kinny Tasker testified in opposition. HB 25-1273 legislates new code that would allow multi-family apartment buildings with only a single exit stairway

CPFF President Kevin Reichenbach testified today in opposition of House Bill 25-1273 in front of the Transportation, Housing & Local Government Committee. HB 25-1273 would allow for multi-family apartment buildings up to 5 stories to be built with only a single exit stairway.
