Good trends for early April if you are needing rains in the Central US. A bit skeptical of NW Plains rains, but should be some much needed opportunities in the S. Plains. This will likely come with a big uptick in severe weather risks as well.

FYI…the IRI multi model probability precipitation anomaly forecast: Starting in April 2017, the IRI probabilistic seasonal climate forecast product is based on a re-calibration of model output from the U.S. National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)’s North American Multi-Model Ensemble Project (NMME). This includes the  ensemble seasonal prediction systems of NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Prediction, Environment and Climate Change Canada, NOAA/Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory, NASA, NCAR and COLA/University of Miami. @COWeatherguy @swrightCO In Ohio, I paid $87 for my Amateur Radio plate. Doesn't matter the year of the vehicle. Just whether it's a truck, passenger car, or such. $77 + $10 for special plate. Brand new or old doesn't matter. Same fee. Also, no separate tax like in NC and other places either.

Both Euro and GFS now showing a strong westerly wind burst in the next 7-10 days, with trades actually reversing to raw westerlies at the dateline in both models. This is likely to induce yet another downwelling Kelvin Wave and increase the likelihood of our upcoming El Niño being a strong event.
