Agree on importance in isos AND HSR..further is an apparent need to insert transition drills from HSR into running to reduce grief in the transition. Higher loading rate or related parameter appears important in planning this transition.

HSR stand calf raise of +65kg was less by a factor of 4. Muscle-tendon force across activities similar except lower in Seated calf raise.
