@hertz customer service is beyond bad! The @hertz @uber rental experience has been terrible! They took my money, but I can't use the car for @uber, explain that? And this has been the case since 4/30, @ hertz @uber is taking their sweet time to even address it!!!

Hey hi. Please do not take cars from hertz @Hertz . They didn’t clean the car and didn’t give the car which i need it. As I have made a call to them before booking and after booking. They told we will give the large sedan car and we also booked the large sedan car.

Yesterday I had to drive overnight from ATL to Baton Rouge because of a family emergency. Luckily @Enterprise was able to help… but not until after @Hertz completely dropped the ball with poor communication, horrid customer service, and now my money locked up for the next two weeks for a car I never drove when I was clearly in distress. I realize this is my fault because I booked through @expedia, with whom I can’t even get a human on the phone. Live laugh love but I am so done with all this yellow Hufflepuff energy. Team Green for life.
