Inspite of giving account closure request several times for the past months bank executives are making me roam around them and giving silly reason for not closing my savings account. I request your immediate intervention in this matter and take strict action against bank for not taking request and doing needful to the customers.

Raised a complaint with @CSBBankLtd regarding Edge CSB Credit Card application. 1️⃣ First complaint acknowledged on 11 July 2025 – no resolution. 2️⃣ Escalated again recently – only received auto acknowledgement promising reply in 24 hrs.
