I want to lodge a complaint against CSB bank East Marredpalli Hyderabad branch for not closing my existing account in this bank posing account number. Inspite of giving account closure request several times for the past months bank executives are making me roam around them and giving silly reason for not closing my savings account. I request your immediate intervention in this matter and take strict action against bank for not taking request and doing needful to the customers.

Repeated escalations and emails only get auto responses with no actual action.

@CSBBankLtd Please reply publicly. It is not just my personal issue. CSB has hidden charges and does extortion. I lost 4-5 lakh in the last 8 renewals. I complained to the BM 3 months before. No solution yet. Issue a directive to return extorted money to customers asap.

When it becomes your default payment mode, you forget that better discounted GVs still exist. Happened with me at Lenskart. Direct Amazon Pay failed but turned out to be a blessing.
