AI COLLAPSES THE MIDDLE I'm hearing all kinds of interesting stories about how startups are restructuring their engineering teams. One startup (a 15 person eng team) fired 8 engineers who had 2-10 years of experience. So they are now left with 3 engineers with > 10 years of experience (who actually understand the system and know what they're doing) and 4 engineers with < 2 years of experience, who are all vibe coding. I think every company will come to their own post-AI new normal wrt how the eng team is structured.

😩 Lawyers don't need to approve *every* contract, but depending on the contract's values, they REALLY need to approve certain contracts. 😌 Set conditional approvals in Juro so the value of a field (like a dollar value or duration) triggers a specific approval route. #legaltech
