Day 4 and no sign of luggage. No updates from @British_Airways Holiday ruined. No medication no change of clothes no toiletries no personal items. Not everyone is in a position to go out and purchase new clothes, shoes etc etc

@CSeveris @British_Airways Yes, I thought about cutting them some slack given it was the belts but not even making us aware until we got to Cairo the mixture of silence and a totally useless app with no updates since is inexcusable

4th day in Cairo without my case from @British_Airways baggage tracking site not working and leaving for Sharm El Sheikh soon. Will I ever see my suitcase again…place your bets! Worst airline ever! been loyal for years despite terrible experiences this this is the final straw

@British_Airways Extremely frustrating delayed baggage experience. My baggage was handed over for delivery to Dehradun under file reference DELBA49864, but the courier contact details provided are unreachable/incorrect and there is no delivery update or tracking visibility.
