I tend to set harshly 95%+ green, 85-94% Amber, anything below red. I then have it in the policy that RAG is only to be used as a guide to prioritise QI work.

@cascleicester @nqican @BHNFTCLAUDE @TrackedbyAMaT @MEANnetwork @HQIP I'm with you on this. 1 example I've heard is that as long as we achieve 85% compliance with VTE then that's good enough, but teams are unhappy that the RAG can't reflect that Massive red flag 4 me. 15 out of every 100 patients will be impacted by VTE but we're happy with that..

Imagine audit standards… that we need to record penicillin allergy in the patients notes or DNAR status recorded. Respective audits shows 95% compliance = GREEN… not for us I’m afraid… 😦
