@4nt1p4tt3rn Starter homes shouldn't be old dilapidated shacks. They should be new builds that are smaller than the typical McMansion, that's all.

If you're looking at "starter homes" that don't require a significant amount of work to be livable, you're not looking at starter homes.

Three of the top 20 cities in the country are in Hamilton County, Indiana. We've built the only product of any scale in the state that's genuinely competitive at the national level. But our state and regional econdev agencies are barely marketing it, much less leading with it.

@C_BuszHoffman I have now owned mine three months and am so convinced of its abilities, I am taking it on a 1200-mile trip this Wednesday - from FL to MI. I would not do so with my very competent and comfy Honda Pilot. Letting the car drive you is a game changer.

@C_BuszHoffman There is so much to explain. Strongly recommend a test drive. I find the UI very intuitive, but I worked in IT. Once you start FSD mode, you’re just a supervising passenger. I am a week shy of 70. The Tesla has changed my world

GM! Just spent an hour on the phone discussing a medical bill for my daughter from over a year ago. The guy I spoke to named Kevin (pictured below) could not understand my accent which was frustrating, but after talking to his supervisor it turns out they never billed my insurance...

I am messing with a new 3D print technique of embedding color inside the object so the cut out on the surface reveals it I used the Jerusalem Cross as my test because it's a simple design and easy to work with. It turned out really cool. What other fun cutout designs could I do? DM me if you want these Jeruselam Cross 1911 grips. I can make more if there is interest.

I subconsciously bought into this anti-natalist propaganda when I was younger and decided two kids was enough. Now I’m wishing we had at least four or five. My advice is don’t worry about the costs, God always provides. Be fruitful and multiply.
