For almost a day we heard nothing from Emirates while stuck here with our baby. We didn’t know if we’d have to pay thousands to stay where we were, so we had to leave and move hotels with an infant and luggage. Now we’re offered an allowance that barely covers anything.

Extremely stressful situation with @emirates & @EmiratesHolidays. Our flight was cancelled and with an infant we had to move hotels with almost no support. The allowance doesn’t cover basic costs while others got better treatment. Expected better in such uncertain times. #UAE
