🚨According to my reliable sources, Benjamin Netanyahu actually died 7 days ago. The two subsequent public appearances on camera appear to be fabricated, likely using advanced deepfake technology. Israeli authorities are expected to attribute his death to natural causes and make an official announcement in the coming days to maintain stability. What is your opinion?

Some more explanation in written form from @alec_lewis on J.J. McCarthy's value and if teams would trade for him. "McCarthy is perceived as a sizable project" "Given how aware other teams are of the hurdles McCarthy has faced in his first two seasons, expecting a commensurate return is lofty" (Via: @TheAthletic)
The Purple Persuasion tweet mediaThe Purple Persuasion tweet media
The Purple Persuasion@TPPSkol

Could J.J. McCarthy ask for a trade or be traded? 👀 @Alec_Lewis expands with @DanBarreiroKFAN on @KFAN1003. “I've had multiple people, director, personnel, level of people within the league say to me, since the Kyler conversations emerged, like, this would be a major upgrade for the Vikings. That's how others would perceive it and view it. So it does, the obvious question, if this does come to fruition, which is the expectation, is what then happens with J.J. McCarthy? And I mean, you go down many roads there. One would be, I don't believe, right now, he and his representation, Brian Ayrault of WME, have much leverage with the situation. The Vikings obviously would also have to weigh just that dynamics from a personality fit within the QB room, the future from that standpoint. But if you are signing Kyler Murray, a guy who has accomplished what he's accomplished, to sell it as a QB competition, I mean, it's a really lofty attempt at trying to do that, in my opinion.”

@Watchman_motto “Working” in París is a bit of a stretch, if that novel is anything like The Sun Also Rises.

I remember reading ‘Down and Out in Paris and London’ by George Orwell. And there’s a time when working in Paris he and his roommate were so broke that they essentially lived on red wine and bread. The pro tip was, if you took a piece of raw garlic and rubbed it all over the bread, it made you feel full longer because you could taste the garlic on your breath. Have never forgotten this for some reason. Maybe I think the diet would fit well with me. I could live on bread, prosciutto, hard cheese, and red wine.

The perfect Saturday for a covidian golfer: -wake up alone at 9:31 am -wife slept at her boyfriend's house -throw on the bright Bad Birdie flamingo polo and white belt -order seed oil latte from left-wing coffee shop -scroll X, leave angry comment under a classic golf architecture post calling it "elitist" -drive prius to the local muni (no thoughts on the way to the course - has no internal dialogue) -pay $30 for bucket of balls (pockets 6 of them to use during the round) -hit 12 shanks before teeing off -post a mid-round selfie to IG with #GolfTok #NewToGolf #LivingMyBestLife -order a $18 craft IPA at the turn (with a side of nachos) -leave flagstick in for every putt -finish with a score of 112 after 6 hours -blame score on the "slow play" ahead of you -go home and eat vegan dinner while watching YouTube "fix your shank in 30 seconds" video -drift off to sleep hoping the president at your company will invite you to his country club someday (he never will because you turned into an NPC WFM zombie post-covid and he doesn't even know who you are)

I watched a player gain 8-9 mph of ball speed with driver essentially overnight... one of the crazier things I've seen. This player (D1 golfer at Princeton) was cruising at 174-175 mph on a good strike. He has been at that speed for 2+ years. He made a simple swing "change" which was mostly just a different feel with a specific focus. I watched at practice last night as he was cruising at 183-185 mph on a good strike. He started to get after some swings and I watched him hit 190+ ball speed 15'ish times, with the highest being 192.8 (we were on GC Quad). His prior ball speed record when getting after it was 186. He had never come close to breaking 190 ball speed before. And he was doing it basically every swing at the end of his session. The swing below was an absolute frozen rope at 191.7 mph ball speed. Crazy level of speed and unreal how this different feel unlocked it.

@SirPuttsalot @rossmacleodputt Putting is the easiest thing an amateur can practice. It's very simple for someone to unroll their putting mat in the evening in the kitchen to work on their stroke and speed. Cutting down on three putts will dramatically decrease a player's handicap.

@rossmacleodputt Yeah. Because he was so good everywhere else the putting practice he put in broke through the diminishing returns and it mattered. When you have 10-12 hours a day to practice it makes sense. When you have 45 minutes to 2 hours to practice it doesn’t make sense.

I’ve heard people say pros have realised putting isn’t as important as ball striking so probably don’t work that hard on it these days 🤔 I don’t think anyone has ever worked harder on their putting than Tiger. And nobody has played golf as good as Tiger and imo he’s the putting 🐐 as well as overall 🐐. I’d also guess Scottie has worked harder on his putting than just about anyone the last 3 years. He’s gone from, by tour standards, a relatively weak putter; to an excellent putter. He’s now by far the most dominant player in the world. Because he’s now a complete player. So if I was a tour player that was working hard on everything, including putting, I’d be quite happy if I was hearing my rivals saying they don’t think they need to work that hard on putting. (FWIW I’d be shocked if many tour players are actually taking it easy on putting. My belief is they leave no stone unturned. This is more about trying to encourage amateurs to practice their putting to be more “complete” golfers).

@Angel04718122 @A70578286811 @OunkaOnX According to this it's saying that it was the filmmaker who signed, as the notary didn't have a middle initial. Or am I misunderstanding what you're saying?

@A70578286811 @OunkaOnX Okay, sure. Let’s look at “other important details”… First of all, there are several people named Gary Pollard living in NY. Secondly, the one who notarized Lutnick’s home is different from the one who took the 9/11 film.

@Fern11613 @HURTSY0PRIDE @42Cyc So now Jefferson's stats are more important than winning? Even he would tell you the opposite. He's still valuable as a decoy. Plus, the two are working out together this summer and I think they'll have a renewed connection next season.

@C_J_Ray_ @HURTSY0PRIDE @42Cyc Justin Jefferson had his lowest productive season ever. Including the games when McCarthy was QB. In games played under quarterback J.J. McCarthy in 2025, Jefferson averaged just 54 receiving yards per game, a 43% decrease from his career average of 96.5 yards per game

How would you feel if you found out that, for the past three seasons, Kevin O’Connell, Brian Flores, and others have been making all the decisions for the Minnesota Vikings—draft picks, trades, free agency, the 53-man roster, the practice squad, everything—while Kwesi was mostly just the face and a liaison? Would that change your opinion, or would it make you start to question ownership? #vikings #nfl #skol
