🇮🇱 A two-week-old baby has been hospitalised after circumcision involving "direct oral suction". The baby arrived at Wolfson Medical Center, Israel, with a severe herpes infection after contracting the virus during a "brit milah" (Jewish ritual circumcision) that involved direct oral suction, also known as "metzitzah b’peh". I’m turning into an old dad. I refuse to turn on the AC in March. But with windows open, and ceiling fans going, it’s 77 inside 🥵. Supposed to get close to 90s during the weekend. Might have to wave the white flag.

@alwayssbased Iowa is pretty hot more often than not compared to Minnesota. Even northern Iowa were the wife is from, it’s normally like 7-10 degrees different all year compared to central/ southern Iowa.

@boringbuildr 😂😂 I’m normally kinda like that, but I hate the idea of running the unit in march when I know it’s got a long summer ahead. What do you keep your house? The wife is always cold so we keep ours around 72 in the summer. 71-72 in the winter.
