Airasia flight from KL to Hanoi, sat in the plane for 1 hour waiting to depart. Reason given airport busy, and out of pilot control. Runway that busy? Can’t it be handled better instead of wasting 1 hour in the plane ? @anthonyloke@airasia.

Sold me expired Baileys (Mar 2020) (Case 205580871 / Order 10051074694). After days of delay, you offer only a token MYR 227 refund for 3L vs ~MYR 971 retail. This is insulting.

Flew @AirAsia from Tokyo to Bangalore baggage fees were a nightmare. Website says 14,000¥, but I was charged 23,000¥ at the airport. At first they even asked 56,000¥ for just 4kg extra!
This is misleading & unfair. Never flying AirAsia again.
