@Ryanair does anyone actually ever look at the claims, 3 months im waiting now with no response. Absolutely shock airline, take your money no problem but ignore peoples claim requests. It would be great if someone could actually do their job and help!!!

@eDreams absolute disgrace of a company, applied to Aer Lingus for a refund for flights on the 9th February, i revieved my part the 10th but you are with holding the rest from. After sending email after email iv still no response. Robbing people of money 😤😤

@eDreams I have explained numerous times now that the airline has already approved it. I have email confirmation that AerLingus processed the refund on the 9th February

We’re currently waiting for the authorization from the airline to be able to process your refund. This can take from a few days to several weeks depending on the airline.
