Let's not forget that when the BC Supreme Court told BC govt and @Dave_Eby that clawbacks to decrim could NOT be enacted due to irreparable harm for PWUD, @bcndp did an end run on the decision and passed them anyway.

BC never had #decriminalization. The policy was bad faith from its development, to its implementation, to its rollback. @Dave_Eby @Josie_Osborne you've abandoned PWUD and thrown your weight behind police, yet again.
