@Ideosound @jaywhittakerbhp @luminolaudio 100% agree there, I’m certainly not in the ‘it’ll never happen’ camp and am keeping a close eye on AI’s progression in our field. I fully expect shake ups in the coming years and can only hope we aren’t too badly impacted!

A director asking for music to be more ‘punchy’ of the sfx to be less ‘harsh’ could be an endless back and forth of prompting until it’s right, human interaction allows us to work what they mean out

@whysebi You can also set it to open on a user default setting, I can’t quite remember how to do and am away at the moment so can’t show but if you have a play around with the save preset drop-down on the audiosuite window you should be able to suss it out. Give me a shout if any issues

iZotope user gang, I've been wondering for a long time whether it's possible to define startup values for an audiosuite plugin in Pro Tools? Like, for example when I bring up De-crackle I'd like "Quality" to already be set to "High" always.

Sound psa: one of the best De-Noising plugins out there is currently still free until Oct 31st! After this, Goyo will turn into 'Voice Clarity' and cost $99 ($29 for beta users). Hope the beta plugin works beyond that date, but even if not, get goyo.app now!

Just finished up the mix for the last ep of what has been both my favourite series and the penultimate series of my time at VISUK after 7 years. VISUK is soon closing its doors so I’m not sure what’s in store next once I finish up but excited for the next step all the same!
