It’s incredible for Unionist parties to decry drops of turnout in elections when in large part it’s the blocking of Scottish democratic wishes that creates such apathy.

@flyingsauc14092 @JohnSwinney Who's forming the pro Indy government? So,as a democrat you would be happy to grant a referendum if asked for. Your smears and lies have been ignored. 🤔

@JohnSwinney Yep. That's why the deviant SNP are down 6 seats and down 10 % of the vote share. 😂 Lying baldy basket.

Tonight, the people of Scotland have emphatically renewed their trust in the SNP. However you voted, I will be the First Minister for all of Scotland, and work every day to build a better future.

Andrew how does Westminster fill the black hole when it has a rather large black hole itself? Do you accept Westminster is largely responsible in creating Scotlands so-called deficit?
Andrew Neil@afneil

Scotland only doesn’t have a deficit because Westminster fills the black hole created by your reckless tax-and-spend polices. On day one of independence you’d need to start funding that deficit yourself: an incredible 12% of your GDP. How would you do it? Issue gilts (or kilts) in groats?

🔥 Reform UK Scotland leader Malcolm Offord trounced by the SNP’s Stuart McMillan by 26 points, ending up in third place. Perhaps talking about his six homes, six boats and five cars isn’t quite the effective messaging he thought it was…

@ruth_wishart A majority of seats does not make a majority of votes. It’s rather simple really.

If a pro indepence majority in Holyrood is not a route to another IndyRef. why was the Brexit Scottish majority not a factor?

Scottish voters elect a party to government, who's purpose is Scottish Independance, & we have to listen to people telling us we don't want Independance. HOW MUCH CLEARER CAN WE BE?

Jim Ratcliffe abandoned workers in Grangemouth and fled to Monaco to avoid paying taxes in the UK. His hypocrisy knows no bounds. Another super-rich man blaming immigrants for the problems caused by billionaires.
Sky News@SkyNews

Manchester United part-owner has told @EdConwaySky the UK has been "colonised" by immigrants, who are draining resources from the state, as he warns of the country facing profound political, social and economic challenges. 🔗 trib.al/osc1ZDm

The problem with Scottish voters who vote Labour or Tory is that they never looked for themselves to see how much money the Scottish Government has to spend each year mitigating Westminster policies - if the SNP stopped that mitigation - these voters would shit themselves.

Early days but looks like SNP/Greens pro indy majority in Scotparl - means Scots want right to decide our future in UK. Plaid set to be largest party in Wales - things are moving. If you agree get to Holyrood by 6pm with banners so broadcasters see Yes in action. I’m leaving now!

I spoke to Neil Gray shortly after his reelection. He says an SNP majority is “possible”. But the Health Secretary adds: “Regardless of a majority or not, there is a significant mandate for the SNP manifesto to be implemented… no UK Government should stand in the way”
