I love Politics and I find it strange when I meet people and they almost don’t care about what goes on around them - Everything around us is political, from the food we eat to the clothes we wear how can you not have an invested interest in it.

Former TOWIE participant found dead in Phuket canal PHUKET — 20 March 2026, A British man found dead in a canal in Phuket has been identified as a former participant in the UK reality television series The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE), with police now believing he accidentally fell into the water and was unable to climb out. The body of Jordan Wright, 32, was discovered face down in a drainage canal in Bang Tao area of Thalang district at about 14:00 on 14 March. Investigators, forensic officers and a medical examiner who examined the scene found no signs of physical assault. A hotel key card found near the body led police to a room at Coco Phuket Bangtao hotel, where Wright had been staying alone. Further checks showed Wright entered Thailand on 3 December 2025 on Qatar Airways flight QR828, arriving in Bangkok at 19:15, and was due to depart on 31 May 2026. CCTV footage from the hotel indicated Wright had been pacing repeatedly before running out of the premises at around 23:25 on 12 March. He was seen heading towards a nearby construction area before entering a drainage canal approximately 1.6 metres deep. Police said the canal measures about 2 metres from ground level to the bottom, making it difficult to climb out, particularly at night. Investigators believe Wright, who appeared to be in a distressed or agitated state at the time, was unable to get out of the canal and later died. Authorities said the investigation remains ongoing, with further forensic examination under way to determine the exact cause of death. #TOWIE #Phuket

Nigeria has signed a deal with the UK government to make it easier to remove people with no right to be in the UK. For the first time, Nigeria will recognise UK letters, so people don't have to wait for emergency travel documents before deportation. bbc.in/3Pkq6Aa

Hellish day in A&E. The doctors and nurses are working flat out but the constant stream of patients is just too much. When I was a kid if you went to A&E you saw people with broken arms and bloody eye patches, things cut off or sticking out of their head. Today it was just people who couldn't get a GP appointment. Why do we not have enough doctor's surgeries in this country? Is it financially unviable to run one, too expensive to become a GP, or no longer a sought after career? What the hell is going on?

Good Morning Britain
A woman who was sexually abused by her driving instructor is calling for the profession to be legally classified as a 'position of trust' to prevent further victims suffering the same fate. Morgane Chapman was just 17 when the abuse took place. Her instructor was given a suspended sentence and later took his own life after a further 15 victims came forward. 10 years on and Morgane is now pushing for a change in the law.

"YOU ARE VERY, VERY, VERY SKINNY!" SUSANNA REID BLUNTLY CONFRONTS KATIE PRICE ABOUT OZEMPIC USE ON LIVE GMB! Katie Price, 47, appeared gaunt defending her whirlwind Dubai marriage to Lee Andrews as Susanna Reid admitted concern and told her live: “You are very, very, very skinny.” Price admitted looking “too skinny” and “gaunt” but insisted she’s “healthy” after full medical checks, blood tests and poo tests ruled out Ozempic, blaming low iron and premenopause instead. The chat turned tense when Susanna said she’d be “concerned” as a friend about the speed of the marriage. Katie hit back: “Do you ever really know anyone?” and declared she’s “very happy.” Awkward 😬
