@jcolesimpson @sweatystartup I do this: 12pm: Idea 12:30: Launch/test. If promising then... 1 week later: Hand off All in the course of 1-3 weeks. Within a month we either scale it or move on to the next.

Everybody want to be the “idea guy” visionary. Nobody wants to roll up their sleeves and do the work. A lot of businesses die from having too many Chiefs and not enough Indians.

People with an exec assistant...what do you guys have them do? I don't feel like I have enough assistant-level tasks for even a part-time hire make sense. But when there is one (like booking flights/cars), the procrastination & soul-crushingness makes me wish I had one.
