You can’t be in a position where you spend 145 million on strikers and end up playing a left winger upfront who has scored 2 open play goals in over a year in the league. Why does nobody’s actually ask the question of why it’s come to this? What’s the actual reason? I feel like we’ve all just had to accept it without an explanation. Very lucky win for Eddie that. Chelsea absolutely dire. Newcastle had one chance and took it. Certainly not sustainable for this humongous footballing club. We finally looked like we could defend though which isn’t good enough 45+ games into a season. Can’t be overshadowing 3 strikers not playing upfront. #NUFC
