More than a dozen business & tech leaders are joining President Trump on his trip to China this week, per a WH official ->

@rupasubramanya Very naive Mamm. Apples and oranges - do you see massive fentanyl labs in US - money laundering - Chinese interference in Congress - they have some guardrails - they are also arresting them and discussing it. With respect.

By all means criticize Canada’s "strategic partnership," with China, but it was remarkable watching the moderator at CSFN let Lucci go completely unchallenged, as though the U.S. itself hasn’t cooperated directly with China’s Ministry of Public Security (MPS).
FBI Director @Kash_Patel spoke about outreach and cooperation with MPS back in November 2025.
On April 29, 2026, the U.S. DoJ itself proudly touted "unprecedented cooperation," between the FBI, Dubai Police, and China’s MPS in arresting cryptocurrency fraudsters.
Is cooperation with China’s security apparatus a civilizational threat when Canada does it, but “unprecedented cooperation” when Washington does it? Why?

Earlier this evening at @canstrongfree I explained the complete & total insanity of @MarkJCarney signing secret deals w/ Communist China’s Stasi police who hunt Canadians. Carney’s new stroke of genius is to negotiate w/ former President Obama but not current President Trump.
English

@TerryGlavin The trajectory 15 years ago and til recently - was certain - Canada and others were going to loose their sovereignty to China - full stop. The last year of chaos - I think it’s uncertain either way but for those criticizing the current USA actions - I didn’t hear alternatives.
English

I can say with confidence that I am not wrong about China's ascendacy and the decline of the United States. I can't say with any confidence that it's wrong to imagine that the future belongs to China. Prove me wrong.

🚨 WOW! Treasury Sec. Scott Bessent is opening up the bank accounts of IRANIAN REGIME officials through our Gulf allies that Iran so recklessly attacked
He's even contacting CHINA
"We are partnering with our Gulf allies who are much more willing to share the bank accounts of members of the Iranian regime in their countries."
"We are reaching out to banks, including Chinese banks, to remind them that any Iranian goods and the purchases thereof are forbidden, and that the dollars would be sanctioned, and that we will press for secondary sanctions if there's a problem."
The regime is on the run 🔥
English

@sarobertsonca Seriously. Sounds like a teenager analysis. Blame others ? Uhm. Not an adult perspective. We own it as a nation. All parties.

The three senators, including Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, also called for a ban on Chinese vehicles manufactured or titled in Canada and Mexico. on.wsj.com/4sPIwHI

@AJ_Trades77 @USronaldcarter @BillAckman Maybe yes or no - but they are engaged in major hybrid threat activities against the west. Breathe and read and research sir. Lots to learn.

@USronaldcarter @BillAckman Iran had no intention of using nukes. People have been trying to claim that for decades. They were never close. This war is FUCKING STUPID and will cost us both Congress and eventually the presidency.
English

I just got off the phone with someone who works in defense policy in Washington. What they told me should end every "Trump is reckless" argument permanently.
"Every single president since Clinton received the same intelligence briefing on Iran's nuclear timeline. Every single one was told the window was closing. Every single one chose to kick it down the road because the political cost of acting was higher than the political cost of waiting."
Trump got the same briefing. 60kg of 90% enriched uranium. 4 weeks to breakout. Material for 2 bombs.
He chose to act knowing it would tank his approval to 35%.
He chose to act knowing his own base would split.
He chose to act knowing NATO allies would refuse to help.
He chose to act knowing gas prices would spike.
A senior analyst I know at a major think tank put it this way: "The difference between Trump and every president before him isn't intelligence. They all had the same data. The difference is courage."
Read that again.
Every president had the same file on their desk. Only one opened it and did something.
I'll keep you updated. Turn on notifications. 🚨

@BarronTNews_ @grok
when was this? who is it? and does that person have any actual influence?

🚨 BREAKING: President Trump just warned NATO of a “VERY BAD FUTURE” if they abandon America’s plan to secure the Strait of Hormuz. Reality check. NATO is nothing without the United States. Even Europe admits it cannot defend itself without America’s nuclear umbrella. Trump is reminding the world who actually keeps the West safe. 🇺🇸
English

@MichaelARothman Appreciate the enthusiasm - question - they haven’t got rid of Iran yet - so how does this play into it. I see the potential but I also see the impediments ? Thoughts ?

𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗢𝗥 𝗗𝗔𝗩𝗜𝗦 𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗢𝗡: 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗠𝗣 𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗
Victor Davis Hanson — one of the greatest military historians alive — laid out exactly why what Trump just did in Iran isn't just a military victory. It's a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
His argument is simple: 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗶𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻. No Iran means no money for H-z-b, no money for H-m-s, no money for the Houthis. China loses its proxy in the Middle East. Russia already lost Syria. Now it loses Iran.
North Korea, Russia, and China have been supplying Iran with drones and missiles. That pipeline is now severed. And without Iranian petrodollars flowing to terror proxies across the region, Israel can finish the job at its ease.
But Hanson zooms out further. This isn't haphazard. Trump is methodically dismantling the entire axis — Iran, Cuba, Venezuela — 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹: breaking up the China-Russia-North Korea nexus that has been the source of global instability for decades.
And the message to Beijing is unmistakable: 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗔𝗳𝗴𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻. This is a new military. One that doesn't do DEI briefings and drag shows on base. One that delivers results.
Peace through strength isn't a bumper sticker. It's a track record.

@cynthiapace1 @VanBaltus18810 @sarobertsonca @Pumpkanpie Naive. Iran and its allies have been attacking Canada Cynthia for several decades - your suggesting we watch?
English

There’s a post on my page explaining this - you can’t miss it. It’s a big blue NATO photo. I’m not going to explain it all to you here.
NATO is a defensive not offensive pact.
The strikes against Iran by USA/Israel are illegal - they were offensive. There is no collective NATO agreement to participate. If countries want to on their own, send ships to paying off missiles aimed at US military basis in the region that’s their individual decision. It’s not a collective NATO decision.
I’m not even a fan of NATO. I think it’s become nothing but a money laundering to make the US military industrial complex rich.
But anyway, it is what it is for now and we are not joining the US Israel offensive on Iran.
If something else develops, then we’ll see.
USA & Israel are on their own.
English

@SpeakWithDeeDee Overly simplistic and you haven’t looked at Canadian threats. Conspiracy thinking?
English

@ricwe123 @burzynskir Richard - fellow MMC grad - your narrative is absent that Iran is a and has been a major threat actor in Canada and diplomacy for 2 decades = failure. I think it would help if that was in your calculus.
English

@GeoRobert57 @TerryGlavin The U.S. has guard rails - Canada doesn’t. Big difference - @TerryGlavin is correct - I don’t see anything being offered to counter except an insult and things have changed since 1961. You may wish to do some research. 🔬
English

@TerryGlavin We've been trading with China since 1961 - before most countries officially recognized their gov't. We trade with China at 1/6th the volume the US does. Stop hyperventilating - the sky is not falling down.
English

Like the collapse of the UK government's Cash and Barry spy case, PM Carney's "strategic partnership" with Xi Jinping will severely impair CSIS & the RCMP's ability to disrupt Beijing's massive UFWD operations in Canada. And it gets worse from there.

English

@mario4thenorth @DLeBlancNB Exactly. Anyone not see it is blind. What’s the consequences for Canada ?
English

Dom,
I think you need to have a conversation with your boss.
He instigated this.
He proclaimed a New World Order in China.
He got on stage, at the WEF, and gave his “brilliant” speech that kicked the hornets nest. Then, he left, not saying a word to Trump.
And then, when asked about when he last spoke to Trump, Carney said it’s a boring question.
I’m starting to think this is deliberate. Carney is purposely creating conflict with the US in an attempt for another “elbows up” moment for an attempt at a majority.
Your party has lost control.
English

Statement from the Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and Minister responsible for Canada-U.S. Trade, Intergovernmental Affairs, Internal Trade and One Canadian Economy:
“As the Prime Minister said this week, Canada and the United States have built a remarkable partnership in our economy and security — and we will remain focused on ensuring the future of that relationship will benefit workers and businesses on both sides of our border.
There is no pursuit of a free trade deal with China. What was achieved was resolution on several important tariff issues.
Canada’s new government is building a stronger Canadian economy, with a plan that is building our strength at home and strengthening our trading partnerships throughout the world.”
English

@bentlegen @brianlilley @grok He ducked China question - may feel good to you but most security and risk managers picked up the biggest point was deflected - not a good look. Respectfully. FYI - I’m non political sir.
English

@brianlilley @grok statistically, based on his previous comments on X, what are the odds of Brian complimenting Carney on literally any statement or action?
English

That was a truly awful speech in Davos.

@schneiderhome Well this post ranks in the dumbest. China’s belt and road is equal to 1000 bases. They control the supply chains for the world. Who is this silly naive analyst. Oh my.
