@AdkisonUSMC Hurts my heart seeing the speedway abandoned. Some of my favorite memories happened at that place.

I went through 1,300+ Day One images at Augusta, and this was the color story… ⬇️
Dominant (65–75%)⬜🟫🟩
The base layer. Creams and greens doing most of the work across the field.
Supporting (40–55%) 🟩🟫🟦
Rotation pieces. Earth tones and soft blues filling in.
Accent (15–30%) 🟥🟧🟨
Used sparingly. Pops of spring color, mostly in details, not full looks.
Anchors (10–20%) 🟦⬛⬛
Restraint tones. Grounding everything, rarely leading.
Preview day always brings the noise. New footwear, fresh collections, a lot of anticipation from a select few. But once it actually hits the course, things settle....

SERE school was the best/worst course I attended during my time in Uniform. Extremely professional Cadre that demanded near perfection because they knew how important their job was. It was also during SERE when I decide me I no longer wanted to be in the Military😂

Air Force SERE school instructors deserve to be very proud.

@budflight @therealmcnair This is the best solution I’ve found. Not ideal but my wife likes this better than hats all over the house.

@BrentleyGC @TronCarterNLU It really doesn’t matter at all why she’s doing it. If she can’t play by the rules she shouldn’t be out there. Period.

@MaxHomasexual Those are unreal. Peep this before/after. Shout out to magic eraser and dawn dish soap.

@RevWSJohnson @NiceUpandDown Belts are damn near a must these days. Especially when it only cost ~$60 more than a polo. Almost guaranteed to last longer than a polo too.
English

@NiceUpandDown Here’s my reasoning for #therest
1. Belts are fucking sick
2. I have a case for ball marks and golf balls
3. Was an incredible trip and I memorialize them best with flags
4. I collect driver covers and gonna put the family color wood in the rotation

Some great new additions to the unslop.shop collection this week.
The Warther chef set is especially cool. Ohio born company in 1902, they have made knives for Ronald Reagan, Frank Lloyd Wright, Gerald Ford, Bush Jr. & Sr., and J.D. Vance.
Enjoy.

@therealmcnair Per our board meeting yesterday, here’s the link to Louisville Golf’s website (I don’t think they’re on Xwitter) louisvillegolf.com

My guess is he’s been juicing (obviously), which will show up on a pee test and affect his PGA Tour status (and legacy). He’ll say he refused because he blew 0.000 and didn’t need to prove anything. Easier for him (his PR team) to defend a 0.000 DUI than steroids.

@infantrydort July 2021 we just took our first over-the-horizon strike post BAF withdrawl. Right after GEN Miller came into the JOC to meet my small targeting team and the JTAC’s. He basically said “Hell yeah. More where that came from”. Gave the 5 of us all a challenge coin and then left. 🇺🇸

Nah I lied, I'm doing one more post. My last tour in Afghanistan was in 2012, COP Connolly, Nangarhar.
Doing some lame advisory mission to an Afghan battalion that couldn't fight itself out of a wet paper bag.
Anyway, it's here I met LTG Dan Bolger. I've never seen a general like him before or since. What do I mean by that?
When he visited my team, he wasn't on some feel good tour. He was on a quest for absolution. I'll be honest, as a young captain it completely shocked me.
He wanted to talk about why we were losing. And he was really REALLY reflective about it. I remember asking him "Well why do you think we aren't winning sir?"
I'll never forget the way his face changed into some thousand yard stare. He says in the most blunt and forceful way possible without skipping a beat "Because we refuse to kill enough, and we've stayed too long."
That shocked me. Because that's the sh*t I've been saying forever along with others. But then I realized he was just like us. Very little difference.
He wasn't in charge of the war. He was largely an observer too. Helpless to do anything about it but reflect on why it was going so poorly.
He was genuine. He was REAL. I did not detect a single subversive vibe from him at all. He was morally injured just like the rest of us.
And he carried it with him the same way. You can't fake that sh*t. So wherever you are General, thanks for being a real one. You are the rarest of exceptions to your peers.

InfantryDort@infantrydort
Blessed be the GWOT era general who admits his faults openly. Humble. Willing to let the country learn from what he failed at. Blessed be that general. Find him for me, so that I may honor his rarity properly. For all the world to see.

@therealmcnair Get into brick-and-mortar, but strictly stores like Beau Outfitters in San Marco, FL, or Chancellor’s in Columbus, GA (I know nothing about retail, but stores like these are where I buy my clothes if not online).
