He has a fiduciary responsibility to his common stock holders, which he’s upheld. And not for nothing, I am an options trader and have had no issue taking advantage of the lower IV. My baseline was established in 2022 when the share price was below $180 before the split… $MSTR will continue to climb over the next 3-5 years, and there's nothing wrong if you're using MSTR as an underlying asset to save your money, but for investors who are trading options, this is fucking with our money

It took us nearly half a year to recover from what? An irrational NAV multiple. The problem isn’t stock price or ATM or short interest. The problem is heaps and loads of uneducated, misinformed, small time investors who don’t know what the fuck they’re talking about spreading FUD because their baseline was established on NoV 19, 2024 which is absolutely fucking retarded. We are trading at a healthy, sustainable NAV multiple, right where we should be. Stock prices compressing, and we will see an IV spike at some point in time. Zoom out or don’t, but please shut the fuck up.

Actually, it’s pretty basic math and you’re wrong. The ATM is not impacting stock price. Short interest is. Big hedge funds are shorting the stock. Same thing happened one year ago when Saylor was selling shares. All y’all panicked because you don’t understand basic market fundamentals, and then look what happened.
