The past few weeks I’ve been working on large codebases where one is NextJS and the other is TanStack Start. I feel like Claude works way better with TS - it’s like the solutions are there in your face and it’s super straightforward. Whereas with Next it does more workarounds

@takezeasy @tannerlinsley For example rendering you TipTap/Lexical/Prosemirror etc content to "static" React/html without shipping the whole editor to the client, that's my first and "biggest" use-case (I think)

You’ll be able to import the `/minimal` version of Better Auth starting from v1.4. In the first iteration, the main advantage is that we won’t bundle kysely. going forward, we’ll be adding more features to make simpler use cases easier to handle

Everyone: GitHub Desktop is better! No, VS Code! Me: ...I just use `git add -p`. Walks you through each change, hunk for hunk, and lets you accept with `y`. It’s like a mini code review before you commit. Pair that with dandavison/delta, and you get syntax highlighting too 👀

How do you manage form state in React apps these days? (SPA / client-side) Still react-hook-form?

@ralexhassle @sebastienlorber In TanStack Form you have isDefaultValue, isTouched, isPristine for each field and the form. You get similar booleans in most libs. Anyway you don't have to set up all the things yourself, like the before mentioned, (async) validators, errors, meta, and more 💁🏻‍♂️

@sebastienlorber You all really use a library for this? Wouldn’t an atomic state model suffice giving you much finer-grained control over form state? Of course paired with Zod, Yup or Joi for validation. How do you track which fields have changed when pre-filling a form for an update, for exemple
