@samlambert @euboid @getsentry How do you filter out the noise in the sentry error reports Stuff like people on bad ISPs unable to reach a random edge Do you just have your agent ignore the errors you silence

Has anybody figured out how to do this? - @getsentry issue reported - codex agent spun up with access to sentry + axiom logs & traces - Draft PR auto-created w/ root cause analysis + fix

We've been building an internal Claude Code plugin system at Intercom with 13 plugins, 100+ skills, and hooks that turn Claude into a full-stack engineering platform. Lots done, more to do. Here's a thread of some highlights.

@mscccc you've talked before about "send all gets to reader, send all POST to primary" on a per request basis IIRC? Where was that done? And how did you handle post -> redirect -> get not having stale info for the final GET?

Matt Maher tested frontier models in Cursor v. other harnesses. Cursor boosted model performance by 11% on average: Gemini: 52% → 57% GPT-5.4: 82% → 88% Opus: 77% → 93% His benchmark measures how well models implement a 100-feature PRD. @cursor_ai consistently outperformed.

It's pretty rare these days to be on a version this old, but if you're still running Ruby 3.1 in production: it's worth upgrading to 3.2+ purely to get YJIT.

@rbranson @mscccc I think these graphs often calculate "response time" as a full round-trip Also this is 2013 when we had Intel Pentium and AMD FX Also also, that was the dawn of SSDs becoming becoming consumer mainstream 67ms back then for full roundtrip, including multiple database trips is fine

@DRBragg N1s & indexes mostly so far. Having it monitor for sentry errors is working well too, it's auto opening fixes for them. Blessed

@mscccc Awesome, but what _kinds_ of things is it finding? Missing indexes, unoptimized queries, something else?

@rbranson I can fit like 67 sql queries into that bad boy if I put my DB in the same region as my app

@mscccc 67ms is a lot of time. 250 million cpu cycles.

@DRBragg gist.github.com/mscoutermarsh/… It’s insane, try it. I have it monitoring prod data from sentry and our database, then fixing things. These are all perf related ones, you can have it just triage and fix errors as well Opus 4.6 seems best for rails

@logscore Don’t think so, he loves this stuff. I would not give ai unsupervised write access to my prod database.

you guys will literally never know what it was like to stack creatine with androstenedione and animal paks, and rip chest flys after school then sit on a curb waiting for a ride while ripping a blade of grass apart
