LLMs mean we no longer can make the excuse the refactor needs to wait. I'm refactoring as I'm implementing and it feels really good to know I'm making the codebase objectively better without having to choose between correct and done.

@AprilNEA We had to disable only new PlanetScale database creation for Cloudflare Startup accounts to address some issues. The databases you already created are unaffected/available to use and startup credits apply to them. Sorry for confusion here as we work to fix this. @joemasilotti @jamesacowling @kit @Bento I *think* the right abstraction is for billing to be tied to the top top. Like in @PlanetScale it would be annoying to have a seperate subscription for each database vs. just one invoice end of month.
