@btcjvs Taxable event. ROC is a huge value add that doesn’t apply to these traders. Market will probably stabilize around 12% and in 3+ years after STRC has seasoned this rate will be lower

I have a slight concern about $STRC that the market may start to exploit: Buy STRC, hold for 2 weeks, sell (forcing a dividend increase), then repeat. The market may exploit Saylor's plan, and I don’t see why the dividend couldn’t theoretically reach 20%.

IMAX having this aspect ratio exclusive to only be in their special little cinemas is anti-art. Make the fact the screen in the IMAX cinema is huge as the selling point, not that you can only see the full authentic vision of the director in that specific cinema.

the dune movies were doomed from the start to be good and not great due to the casting of chalamet as paul. he does not have the gravitas for a child-god and is much better suited for kind of silly coming of age movies

@ZynxBTC I’ve always felt STRC will settle somewhere between 12-13% this will be perfectly aligned with the BTC bear continuing into summer… but all bets are off come October / November when the bull starts up again

Looks like the $STRC dividend rate will be increased by 25 bps to 11.75% for April. It's been a volatile week across broader markets, and while Stretch has held up well, it's now been 5 days since we last traded at par. No problem. Saylor has already made it clear that he's willing to go as high as 15% if needed.

Im having a hard time wrapping my head around the 42% figure ongoing… isn’t this one of the reasons Saylor stack like a mad man to build up the stack to account for the prefs? In theory if bitcoin booms and mNAV jumps back to <2.0 I would assume strategy atm’s the common at a ratio 2:1 or probably even 3:1 the prefs as capital rotates back into MSTR. Does this not significantly lower the 42% average?
