Honestly can’t remember the last time I was this hype for a product.

You guys done enough now. Just pay my delivery charges of $80 either bestbuy or seller. I want my damn product. I am not giving any more time to you guys. I am frustrated as hell now.

What you people are doing is playing with my time and mental status. If i didnt get my product delivered by this week. I am going to ontario consumer forum to sue bestbuy and seller. I dont care anymore. I waited enough and now instead of getting my product in hand.

I am so frustrated with all this development. Seller is an ass who doesn't understand to share any information about delivery status. And even during product pay checkout their is no mention on product page or checkout time that delivery will incur any duties or delivery charges.

Fourth, the product was handover to Canada Post from USA without my knowledge and they tried to deliver the product in my place without any intimation. And out of the blue, they left a failed delivery pamplet on my door saying i need to pay $80 for delivery charges to get product

Secondly whenever i tried connecting with seller through contact seller on order status page its showing to text because of covid (dont know bestbuy is living in Mars which thinks we can get Covid through phone communication).

Thirdly, when i tried to contact the seller for delivery status, he replied via message that they will share delivery dates and details when USPS will pick up product which havent been shared until yesterday
