And then imagine they kill everyone you know and record the whole thing on go pros. Then imagine they vow to do it again and conquer your nation and kill you because the Koran tells them Jews must be murdered. Then when you protect yourself, they scream ‘genocide’ and ‘ceasefire’ while holding you children and elderly citizens in tunnels to murder. Oh wait we don’t need to imagine it that’s what happened.

I have great respect for the German people, but their government’s policies are increasingly problematic. I understand Germany faces serious economic challenges and lacks a clear path out of them. But their repeated efforts to shift costs onto American taxpayers are unsustainable, whether through chronic under-spending on NATO or by keeping pharmaceutical prices artificially low and effectively subsidized by the US. At some point, Germany (and Europe more broadly) will have to pay up. American taxpayers and patients effectively subsidize pharma innovation for the entire world. And while Germany and other nations enjoy artificially low prices, Americans bear the highest costs by far. Instead, the chancellor chose to publicly criticize the United States even amid delicate ceasefires and ongoing negotiations with Iran. Now President Trump is threatening to limit America’s defense commitment to Germany. It’s unfortunately hard to see this ending well for anyone involved.

The Cold War can be seen as a 2 sided conflict. USA and Soviets. But when you drill down its more like 4-sided. USA Soviets China Europe Usually Europe (I mean the old European empires like Britain, France and Portugal) is aligned with the USA. And usually China is aligned with the Soviets. But not always. The USA and Soviets teamed up to destroy the European empires, especially in Africa (see Suez, and decolonisation more broadly). And sometimes China and the Soviets would clash, e.g. the Ussuri River skirmish.

They are an info hazard due to people being bad at sorting through controversial information. The Epstein files are now an ARG, true crime fodder, and increasingly meaningless.

The “Epstein Files” created a new brand of schizo who, despite the files being released and being mostly a nothing-burger, still weren’t satisfied. They will continue to chant “Epstein Files!” for the rest of their lives, like the people who still insist COVID never ended.
