Hearing failed Illinois governor JB Pritzker say that he couldn’t come to a deal to keep the Bears in Illinois because he cares about the taxpayers is hilarious.
This guy is taxing the citizens of Illinois into oblivion and causing Fortune 500 companies to flee the state. 🤡

This past weekend, there were several street takeovers in Chicago. In two separate incidents, police officers responding to the scenes were sprayed with fire extinguishers by the violent crowd.

Jean-Paul LaPierre, a 54-year-old boxer and marathon runner from Weymouth, Massachusetts (Boston area), was riding a CTA Blue Line train in Chicago heading to the marathon.
He stepped off, learned a man was robbing passengers at gunpoint, went back aboard, confronted the robber, grappled with him, disarmed the gun, and held him against the train wall until police arrived.
In the video, LaPierre says, “That kinda made me mad” and “I’m a boxer. I’ll break your head in one punch.” He later added, “It matters to me.”
The robber, Tremaine Anderson (30, with prior record), was arrested and charged with armed robbery.
LaPierre then ran the Chicago Marathon (his 12th) and later received a Carnegie Hero Medal for his bravery.

These street takeovers are done by animals with no self control and no conscience. The instigators need to be treated as such - locked up and re-trained.

Early this morning, around 2:55AM several Chicago Police officers were run over on purpose by a vehicle near Roosevelt and Loomis. Officers were reportedly working a detail involving a large crowd when struck by the vehicle. Frantic calls of a 10-1 and a commander also requesting three ambulances was made.

JUST IN: 15 people held at gunpoint in Chicago’s trendy River North, Streeterville, and Lakeview over recent weeks. Robbers forced cash app transfers, stole phones, kidnapped some in a black BMW, and drained accounts on the spot.
Right on cue, one stunned local says: “I mean, this is supposed to be a safe area.”
Meanwhile, @ChicagosMayor brags that last summer was Chicago’s safest in 60 years while rolling out his new 2026 Summer Safety Plan of youth jobs and safe spaces.

Alderman Jessica Fuentes is suing the federal government (taxpayers) for $100,000 in damages after being detained in October which seems like a lot for someone who wasn’t arrested. She says it’s not about the money, if it’s not then it about wasting time & resources which the taxpayers will be on the hook for. Fuentes believes she’s above the law because she is “the product of a family that suffered from historical and generational trauma caused by having parents who were incarcerated and suffered from substance abuse disorders”.
