🚨Heavy Handed removal of retiree benefits:
A retired LCDR was just banned from all Navy bases and facilities in the Hampton Roads area for accidentally having a personal weapon in his vehicle at the base gate checkpoint.
The retired naval officer has a Concealed Carry Permit. He also followed all directions provided to him by base security while voluntarily discussing his CC permit and noting that he had mistakenly had the weapon in his vehicle.
Security suggested he turn around and come back without the weapon. He did so gladly and immediately returned back through the same gate (without the weapon of course) while the same security guards offered apologies for the inconvenience.
The subsequent ban was an unexpected shock and a grave heavy-handed response to an honest mistake.
The JAGs and Commander at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek have unilaterally removed all retiree benefits (except retiree pay) from an honorable man. He can no longer attend base functions, work a job on the base, use MWR facilities, or the commissary (military grocery store).
Based on Secretary @PeteHegseth’s desire to ensure Second Amendment rights are defended by our Institutions, and that those exercising these rights are not unlawfully weaponized against, I pray this ban is quickly reversed.

Actually, they do make shows people ask for, albeit irregularly. They are out of ideas. It is as simple as that. They are unwilling to risk money on a new idea and bet that the older idea will resonate with fans. It usually does not with few exceptions. IMHO, they can’t top the original.

Yvon Chouinard, the founder of Patagonia, has made the planet itself the sole beneficiary and effective "shareholder" of his company.
In an extraordinary move that redefined corporate ownership, Chouinard transferred full control of the $3 billion outdoor apparel brand away from his family. He placed 100% of the company into a carefully designed structure consisting of a trust and a nonprofit organization, both dedicated to combating the climate crisis and protecting the natural world.
Under this new arrangement, the Chouinard family gave up any claim to personal profits. The structure relies on two key entities: the Patagonia Purpose Trust, which safeguards the company’s original mission and values, and the Holdfast Collective, a nonprofit that directs the profits toward high-impact environmental work.
Rather than selling the business to the highest bidder or taking it public, Chouinard chose this radical path—creating what many see as a groundbreaking template for purpose-driven capitalism. Patagonia has shown that a for-profit company can become a powerful force for ecological restoration while remaining financially successful.

Iran has deployed its Ghadir-class midget submarines in the Persian Gulf and near the Strait of Hormuz. A large number of these submarines have been deployed and given clear instructions that if any enemy ship crosses into Iran’s waters, they should immediately destroy it. Claiming that you are a sovereign citizen never goes well for the individual. They are severely misinformed and use this bad information to try and get out of traffic stops, mostly. They aren’t driving they are “traveling.” There are no court cases in existence where a person claiming to be a sovereign citizen won. Not a single one.

This is one of the most disappointing rabbit holes we have ever seen with our food… Rao’s was one of the most beloved clean ingredient staples in every health conscious consumers kitchen. Then they were bought out by Campbell’s in 2024… In 2025 Campbell’s also bought 49% of La Regina, who produces Rao’s tomato‑based sauces. The ingredients stayed the same on the back. But customers are now claiming Rao’s is now more watery, tangier, more acidic, less tomato‑forward, and sometimes “cheap store brand” quality. Loyal customers say the sauce tastes worse, look more orange, have more chunks, or taste more heavily spiced and bitter. Then people flipped over the jar… ”Olive Oil” not “Extra Virgin.” This means they’re likely using a more processed, lower‑grade olive oil (or a blend) rather than a cold‑pressed EVOO. It’s also not organic, meaning the inputs are undoubtedly conventionally farmed. Campbell’s says the ingredient list hasn’t changed… Consumers point out the ratios could be different. The sourcing quality could be worse. Whatever it is, many believe something is up. We’ve seen a long-time pattern of healthy brands achieving the velocity to be acquired from a Big Food company and then just not being the same as it used to be. Shop local, buy independent, support your farmers.

California legislators are trying to make investigating fraud illegal

California is trying to pass a bill that would criminalize investigative journalism with misdemeanors, $10,000 fines, imprisonment, and content takedown. The proposed bill is titled AB 2624 and was made after I exposed mass fraud by immigrant groups in America. Under AB 2624, government-funded entities like the Somali “Learing” Daycare centers would be protected from being exposed if they operated inside California. The enemy truly is within. When our politicians would rather protect fraudsters and illegal migrants, it’s time for us to stand up or face mass oppression from the traitors who “rule” over us.
