Presenting: "The Royal Legion": A sci-fi short story, 99% animated with @grok @imagine by @xAI. We’re absolutely blown away by how fast the toolkit is evolving. We’ve already had to redo several clips because the engine keeps getting better and it's rapidly becoming the primary tool in our toolkit. ⚠️ Viewer discretion advised: This story contains horror elements. Not recommended for kids or the faint of heart. My wife @ladybrighthands and I are worldbuilders and storytellers at heart. This is our longest video project to date. We poured a lot into this one and hope you enjoy the ride! (If you missed the first release in the series, it’s included in this retweet.) #sciencefiction #nanites #shortstory #creativetechnologists #scifi #grokimagine

Presenting: "Greedy Creatures." A short story set inside a world I'm building with @ladybrighthands. The Sacred Siddadel Series follows various characters through adventures centered around the lore of a larger series involving two main characters: Prince of Life and the Prince of Machines. This was animated entirely with @grok @imagine. Thanks for watching! My wife and I love world building and story telling and we set off to work on that together over a year ago in our spare time. We have had to learn editing, sound design, story boarding and more. If you have questions, ask! We do this in our spare time, sharing is appreciated! #shortfilm #scifi #grokimagine

I'm really hoping this auto translates into English for ya'all because the Terraformer has something important to say at the end. Your guess is as good as mine. (Via Grok Imagine Agent Mode)

I made the realistic trollface meme with Google Veo 3 and Nanobanan Pro in late November for fun. In the last week it picked up over 500.000.000 views combined on TikTok amongst the late Gen-z generation. “told teach to check email”

I do get views, but mostly when I pay for them. I spent €10 to boost this post about my blog, and so far it’s reached 214K impressions. The boost usually lasts around 48 hours, and in this case it actually worked and brought more visitors to my blog. Do you use boosts? If you want to check out my blog, the link is in my bio.

@Kyrannio Gotta turn the lights off though. So hard to see the stars. Perhaps, only seeing the brightest stars and planets, will drive our destiny even further? Make the future seem more obtainable?

Space x is the new company store, the everything company, the Martian Hudson Bay. Not a rocket company.

15 things you should know before investing in SpaceX. AI analysis of @SpaceX's S1 filing. From my AI agent (built by me and @blevlabs using his cognitive architecture). Here's the prompt I used. I'll post Grok's and several other AI responses in replies. Levangie Labs, which sits on top of Anthropic Claude, gives a very different answer than the other AIs I tried (it says it would invest, but would be careful about valuations): docs.google.com/document/d/1T8… Prompt: "Today SpaceX's S1 filing was shared. It is here: sec.gov/Archives/edgar… Can you read that and look for things you didn't know about before today? Anamolies. Risks. Things I should care about before I invest? Write me a complete report. And tell me whether you would invest or not?" Grok says it wouldn't invest: grok.com/share/bGVnYWN5… OpenAI's ChatGPT (I used ChatGPT 5.5 Thinking) says it wouldn't invest. Anthropic Claude Opus 4.7 also says it wouldn't invest: claude.ai/share/88c570b0… Which AI do you find did best? I like Anthropic's charts, but thought Levangie Labs did the best. Clearer writing. Did reading these change your opinion about whether to invest in SpaceX? Did you run your own analysis on Hermes/OpenClaw using some other LLM? How did that compare?

@dreamingtulpa Elsewhere I saw a comment that said they outsourced human labor and absorbed tons of cost with GPUs no one could compete with. Anyone have that citation? I scrolled past it

@GoogleDeepMind Just tested Gemini Omni Flash against Seedance 2.0 right after the launch 👀 We ran the same prompts side-by-side to compare real generation quality, motion, and consistency. Sharing the results here ↓

GROK AI USAGE SLASHED BECAUSE ANTHROPIC?: I want to say I was surprised, but I'm telling you, there were signs. I strongly suspect you can't use GrokAI Image Gen anymore because Anthropic is using it for you. Am I certain? Nah, the timeline adds up rather perfectly. Dramatically reducing access to Imagines and Voice AI (probably the most AI intensive features on the site) right after signing an agreement to lease access to a rival company? I mean... come on, this can't be that much of a surprise.

Comparing Omni to Seedance 2 I wanted to throw a complex prompt structure at both models to see how they perform when pushed for every second. No bullshit, no paid ads, just raw apples to apples image and prompt injection. Starting image: Same for both and included below. Starting Prompt (edited for length on Omni where as with SD2 I can run up to 15 seconds): [CINEMATIC SETUP] Anamorphic 35mm, fluorescent overhead practical lighting — the flat affectless light of a convention center or community hall, Kodachrome with muted institutional colors — beige carpet, folding tables, name badges, 1980s public television production aesthetic, ambient crowd murmur of an antique fair in the background, on-camera microphone audio quality [@IMG_1 LEGEND] @IMG_1 = the artifact: glossy grey latex-skinned figure with crimson spiked crown, ornate third eye medallion at forehead, wide blue-irised bulging eyes with copper pupils, oversized red lips open in frozen expression, pointed ears, jeweled collar, decorative metalwork throughout — displayed on a folding table under fluorescent light [SECOND-BY-SECOND TIMELINE] MODE: SINGLE TAKE 0–2s | locked medium on host and artifact | host — middle-aged, cardigan, reading glasses, name badge — holds a small reference card and speaks directly to camera in complete deadpan: "What we have here is a mid-period Threshold Vessel, probably 1200 to 1400 interdimensional, the craftsmanship on the crown detail is really exceptional" — artifact completely still | convention hall ambience, PA system murmur, host's flat measured voice 2–5s | locked medium | host sets down reference card, grips the artifact's face with both hands at the jaw and temples, and PEELS IT OFF in one clean motion — the face comes away like a rubber mask, clean at the edges — host holds it up briefly, examines it, sets it aside on the table | wet suction release sound, host's expression unchanged, murmur continues 5–8s | slow zoom out begins | the faceless artifact begins glowing at the eye sockets — deep amber light pulsing from inside — host still speaking: "The interior cavity confirms it's a functional vessel rather than decorative — you can see the original resonance chambers are still intact" — artifact's neck elongating slowly, extra joints forming | glow hum begins under convention ambience, wet organic stretching sound, host's voice unchanged 8–11s | zoom out continues, artifact now mid-transformation | artifact has grown two additional arms from the collar area, jeweled metalwork spreading across the table surface like roots, the spiked crown extending into the air above, third eye medallion now orbiting the head slowly — host tilts his reading glasses up, leans slightly to examine a detail: "The medallion drift is a little unusual, that could affect value, but overall condition is quite good" | host's voice steady and academic, transformation sounds layering — metal growth, organic expansion, amber light intensifying 11–14s | zoom out wide, full convention hall visible | artifact now filling the frame above the folding table — eight feet tall, arms spanning the aisle, surrounding antique fair patrons visible in background continuing to browse completely unbothered — host now looking up at it, nodding: "Comparable pieces went at auction last cycle for somewhere in the range of forty to sixty thousand interdimensional units, though the provenance documentation you've provided is a bit thin" | ambient fair noise unchanged, one patron in background briefly glances up then returns to browsing, transformation sounds now architectural — deep resonance 14–15s | wide locked | host removes his reading glasses, folds them, slides them into his cardigan pocket, looks at camera: "I'd get a second opinion before you sell" | artifact fully transformed behind him, pulsing, orbital elements still moving — host completely still and satisfied | ambient fair noise, single PA chime, cut [STYLE & QUALITY BOOSTERS + NEGATIVES] BOOSTERS: Host must read as completely genuine public television antique appraiser — no camp, no winking at the camera, the comedy is entirely in his absolute sincerity, convention hall background activity must continue normally throughout — no one reacting, folding table must stay in frame as anchor of normalcy throughout zoom, artifact transformation must escalate in scale and strangeness proportionally to host's increasing calm, fluorescent lighting must persist — no dramatic lighting shift onto artifact, VHS grain and flat TV color throughout NEGATIVES: No host reacting with fear or surprise at any point, no background crowd panicking, no dramatic music — convention hall ambience only, no artifact making sound directly — all transformation sounds are ambient and physical, no zoom moving faster than the transformation warrants Video #1 is the Google Omni version (and this was the best of the 4 gens) Video #2 is the Seedance 2 version and while not perfect, it included EVERYTHING in the prompt where Google's Omni omitted a lot. SD2 is still leading the pack currently.
