And @SwiggyCares don't let any festival go without issues. Here a follower ordered 1gm gold coin from Instamart on auspicious Akshay Tritiya and received an empty Package. Everyone other person was forcing him to accept the delivery and raise a complaint later but he stood his ground and didn't accept the order. Support hung up on him for 30 mins while the whole drill took 2 hours to cancel the order. @Swiggy increase your standards.

So… Axis charges no fees for replacement cards. 🔥 HDFC charges a mere ₹100 - even for Infinia. 😉 ICICI charges ₹3.5K for Times Black, ₹200 for all other cards. OneCard charges ₹3K. No drama. Just facts. That’s it - being as direct as I can. 🫡

This Wintrack guy has lost it. Using multiple accounts to abuse and harass customers. Literally shows his mindset and hypocrisy. Indulging in Platform manipulation by asking people to report someone by giving free gifts (@elonmusk @nikitabier please look into this account.) Moreover he was crying about the north south but look at the words he spoke and abused in different languages to hide from X report. He is using multiple accounts now and there is no limit. Anyone ordering from Wintrack should beware as this guy seems unstable and god knows what he will do with your data. @jagograhakjago @Cyberdost @cybercrimeC

Look at the irony. After doxxing my personal details, criminal @PrawinGaneshan has now blocked me from both his account and @wintrackinc , running away? Not so soon, mate. If you’re so scared, “kya gunda banega re tu?” Guys, please warn others whenever you see them selling products on their profile. Anyone dealing with them should know how dangerous it is, today it was me, tomorrow it could be you.

Let me further expose the criminal mindset and dangerous behaviour of @PrawinGaneshan with clear evidence. When my personal address was posted publicly from their official account wintrackinc, I first assumed it might be a mistake by someone from their team and reached out privately requesting it be taken down or reposted with masked details. What followed is captured in the screenshots. 1st screenshot - instead of correcting the mistake, he behaves as if posting a customer’s address publicly is acceptable 2nd screenshot, he literally says “Why should I mask?” which clearly confirms this was intentional and approved by him 3rd screenshot, the blackmail is obvious: “If you delete your tweet, our tweet will be gone.” This is doxxing followed by intimidation. 4th screenshot,t, look at the language and tone: “Will u tweet again or not” and “let it remain then.” This is exactly how ransom style goons talk, not legitimate business owners. All I kept asking was simple: post whatever response you want, but mask my personal address. That was repeatedly refused. This was done purely as retaliation because I spoke about a 2 month delivery delay. This raises extremely serious data protection and business conduct concerns. If a company is comfortable publicly exposing a customer’s personal address, what safeguards exist for customer data internally? Is customer information being stored securely at all? Is any customer data being shared with third parties or sold to overseas suppliers in China? Most importantly, does an individual with such criminal behaviour even remain fit to hold business licenses, GST registrations, and importer privileges to operate cross border trade? I urge the concerned authorities to take note and investigate violations under the IT Act, IPC, data protection laws, misuse of customer data, unfair trade practices, and illegal intimidation @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw please check for violation of IT Act and digital privacy protections @FinMinIndia @GST_Council @dgftindia @nsitharaman for business conduct, licensing compliance and import practices and for regulatory oversight of such entities @ChennaiCustoms @cbic_india for importer conduct and customs compliance @HMOIndia @AmitShah for criminal enforcement under IPC and cyber crime provisions This is an informal complaint against WintrackInc and its owner @PrawinGaneshan for publicly disclosing customer personal data, intimidation, coercion, and potential violations of Indian digital protection laws. GST Numbers involved for Business NameWINTRACK INC : 32EPCPP2763E1Z2 33EPCPP2763E1Z0 (also running the brand The Zoo Mart under this GST with co-founder sonia arunkumar) No customer should ever face doxxing or threats for raising a service concern. Whether he is wrong or right is another matter but doxxing is not justifiable under any circumstances.

So @PrawinGaneshan since these tweets coming from you or officially approved by you. Let’s keep this discussion transparent here. Yes, a refund was offered on 18 Jan, after almost a month of delay. Before that, there was no refund option communicated. On the same day you assured delivery within a week (before 24 Jan), I chose to wait in good faith instead of taking the refund. But let’s address the real issue now. In response to a customer complaint, you have publicly posted my personal address from your official account. I initially assumed it might be a mistake by someone from your team and reached out to you privately requesting you to mask the details and repost anything you wished. You have confirmed it was INTENTIONAL and refused to delete unless I removed my tweets. You also told @imYadav31 you would only delete it if commission was waived and my tweets are deleted. I HAVE REFUSED YOUR BLACKMAILING and i am not going to back down here. This is exactly how GOONS behave. This is doxxing and intimidation You’ve already exposed yourselves far more than I ever could by doing this publicly. I will be taking the appropriate steps regarding the publication of my personal information and threats. cc @ChennaiCustoms for record, this is an informal complaint against WintrackInc and its representative for publicly sharing a customer’s personal details when delivery concerns were raised.

Headline: The Whistleblower Mask is Slipping. 🎭 When @imYadav31 had posted about getting those amazing Ugreen Chargers at 25% cheaper prices than amazon it was a win-win for all. And @wintrackinc also tweeted how Mr Gajender had driven their biz so much w/ couple of tweets. But that's just the one side of the story. I've been reading since yesterday on X and did some digging and found that @PrawinGaneshan really did some hanky panky to get things that cheaper. All the context w/ links to the reports The Wintrack saga isn’t about Tax Terrorism but it’s about a calculated pattern of evasion. Here’s what the posts on X don't tell you - newindianexpress.com/cities/chennai….. 1️⃣ Document Fraud: Prawin claimed harassment over "charging cables," but inspection revealed 8 BOXES of completely undeclared goods. That’s not a mistake; it’s a clear violation of Sec 111 of the Customs Act. - hindustantimes.com/india-news/fin…. 2️⃣ Shell Games: When Wintrack got caught, he tried to sneak the same non-compliant goods through his wife’s company just days later. If you’re an "honest entrepreneur," why the shell game? - livemint.com/companies/news…. 3️⃣ Privacy Breach: In his PR war, he’s been leaking client KYCs and private invoices on this platform. He’s burning his own customers’ privacy just to save his skin. 4️⃣ Regulatory Evasion: He claimed "MSME exemptions" for battery rules that don’t even exist. Using the "corruption" tag as a smokescreen for your own non-compliance is the ultimate double-face move. - economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/india/dor… The CBIC inquiry report already hints at private fraud by agents. Clearly, there's too much which X hasn't seen in regards to all this. And Prawin has not been able to cope up and is pulling people down. One Thing is for sure - Wintrackinc > will become LOSETrackinc. #2cents #import
Gajender Yadav@imYadav31

Felt bad hearing @PrawinGaneshan talk about what he faced with customs…but it seems like it was his Karma hitting him back. I’m honestly not surprised. I’ve worked with multiple brands and @wintrackinc is by far the most unethical I’ve come across. After @smartspendcode shared his 2-month delay experience on X, they responded by posting customer’s ADDRESS publicly. That’s not business. That’s intimidation. Absolutely disgraceful. And now when I reached out 2 him 2 delete it.....they blackmailing over my affiliate incentive.....which was already agreed as per our affiliation.....linking payment to deleting that address? Keep the money. You’ll probably need it for your legal battles. These people have lost their mind. I tried to put some sense in them but feels like they want to sink their own ship. I don’t want a rupee from conduct like this. Customers deserve better. Think before you buy from them.

This proves the mindset of certain people and companies. Always doing and supporting wrong matters. After all that now wishing and glorifying harm on someone. Anyways this is my last post on a certain Company. They don't deserve anything. This has become a targeted harassment by that guy and company to a specific community who helped him and also raised genuine issues about his operations.

And you are crying because you tried to do something illegally and it didn't work? You paid bribes to run your illegal business but couldn't catch up with competition. Then became saint to expose bribery. But you yourself are the part of the problem by giving them bribes.
Prawin Ganeshan@PrawinGaneshan

A few idiots just buy bits and pieces from Alibaba and claim to be importers. Alibaba imports are heavily undervalued and arrive as consolidated cargo through a few DDP providers. Let's submit the violations to @cbic_india, highlighting how the goods miss inspection and mostly pass on luck. They fish for credit card points everywhere for free hotels, flights, and lounge access. They have never stepped into a customs office or don't know the process either—they just gather others to attack with their keyboards.

Oh the irony 😂 The same “Saint” preaching morality whose GST registration was suo moto cancelled by the department is now threatening others for reporting illegal business? Practice what you preach first. 👉 Suo moto cancellation is initiated by the GST department on its own when a taxpayer violates provisions like non-filing of returns, issuing invoices without supply, fraudulent activities, non-commencement of business, or other serious non-compliances. Comply with the law first. Then talk about complaining to authorities.

Yeah seems so. You wont stop doing your business. Just misguiding your customers. You will continue to bribe people to run your business like you did earlier. Take sympathy by putting sad stories and get engagement then promote your products to run the business. When it goes south, abuse everyone who asks you about tracking, shipping, payment or promotion
