Hi @cardless! I applied for a Qatar Credit Card and submitted all required documents, but I haven’t received a response yet. I’ve followed up via email but still waiting for an update. I haven’t purchased my tickets yet because I'm awaiting approval. Can someone assist me please?

@cardless Hi there, I opened an credit card account on Dec 19. Card immediately got frozen. It’s been two weeks and card is still frozen. Cardless reps said they can’t do anything and just have to wait for email. This is really poor customer service.
