@CareCentrix you guys are batshit crazy if you think I’m paying $566 for these sensors the attorney generals office has requested a detailed bill with prices of each sensor since you can get 2 at every cvs in America for $75 full price they said they have received many complaints

@CareCentrix CareCentrix is HORRIBLE for Sleep Apnea issues. They don’t communicate with the provider on pre-authorizations. After they’re done with your initial diagnosis, you can forget about any type of quality care business after that!!!! I’ve been working on an issue for 3 months so far

@CareCentrix sent me to collections for $147 for a cpap machine that my insuranve paid for and i paid with cash for. If I'd bought the machine outright, it would have been $1100 dollars, but insurance paid more than twice that amount. Where'd that money go?

@CareCentrix Tell me why I have 2 insurances: BCBS (Florida Blue) AND Medicaid, but I receive bills nonstop? I have updated my insurance info over and over. Threats of collection if I don't pay. >60 min hold times. I pay, but shouldn't! Shameful!

I'm at a loss -- I don't know what else to do. I've done EVERYTHING both companies have asked but I'm STILL GETTING CHARGED. They only thing I can do now is file a fraud claim with my bank. @WBA_Global. This isn't healthcare, its for-profit fraud.

@CareCentrix / @ReliableResp -- I have spent HOURS on the phone with both companies to get them to STOP CHARGING ME for a device that was paid off months ago. It was a 6 month term, someone changed it to 10 months, I was never notified, you just kept charging.

@srh3aolcom @CareCentrix My wife's Resmed AirSense 11 stopped working. She called Apria Customer Service for help. After 40 minutes of waiting on hold, they told her they only handled her supplies. Today, she called your company at the 833 Customer Service number, spoke with Patrick, and he was a huge help. He called Apria and confirmed with them that they are indeed the vendor and responsible for servicing her CPAP. Patrick arranged for her to drop off her CPAP at Apria and get a replacement. Patrick is smart, polite, and a real troubleshooter. Thanks!
