Hey @Ocado your online shopping app seems to be down. I can book a slot but when I add something from my favourites it auto closes the app

@PandaMum14 @Ocado In my experience, if you have a regular slot booked and you book the same day further in advance, to add holiday items for instance, you will eventually have two bookings on the same day, and will have to cancel one.

Dear @Ocado I have had an email requesting me to book my Easter slot. I have an arranged order slot of a Sunday 3pm to 4pm. Do I need to book this manually or will the order slot in as normal? Thank you

@Ocado poor delivery yesterday, arrived before the scheduled delivery time and no call before hand asking if they could come early. Also my substitute was more expensive then the original item, will I be compensated for the extra charge?

On line grocery shopping just got difficult. Iceland delivery this morning came in plastic crates and no bags. Had to be unpacked at door and carried in. I'm disabled. Won't be shopping @IcelandFoods again. I also shop at @occado and @asda.need to check their plans.

Getting back to the car afterwards parked in St Mary's and having a parking ticket because that space was for Ocado staff only. Didn't care. Would have paid it three times if they'd asked me to. Driving out of the car park and just weaving around our lot celebrating in the road.

@Ocado first order from yourselves delivered today. Extremely nice delivery driver. Item missing from the delivery which I couldn't get anywhere else. Customer services said I would have to order another minimum delivery of £40 to receive the item again if I wanted it😡😡😡😡

@SpotifyUK , You've been serving me the same ad for @Ocado excessively, up to once every 7 minutes. I asked you to frequency cap it months ago, and you did nothing. It's irritating, counterproductive, and a disservice to your users and advertisers. Fix it.

@Ocado when you book a saver slot, you confirm the slot and it gives you an hour to finish your order (which you do) why on check out does it tell you that you do not have a slot reserved?? This keeps happening and I have to get a later slot 🤬 anyone else experience this?

@Ocado Can I ask why you appear to have changed your plastic bag return policy? Always sent back previous weeks bags and any we get emptied while the driver is here so we don’t have to hold loads…today told he can only take back last deliveries! Now have large stack of bags 😳
