@Expedia @ExpediaHelp absolutely unacceptable, how do you expect to keep customers, 2 hours and 24 minutes on hold and waiting to get a supervisor to help me book a trip that keeps failing without explanation!!!!
@Expedia I have tried to book a trip twice now; had to wait over a week for the price to drop again, have been on 3 calls for at least an hour each, and now I still can't book I get a site error, what gives?!?!?
Careful when you buy from @iolo, they have a business product listed on their site, but it does not work, it is an old product. When I requested a Refund it was not immediately processed, I then chatted, emailed, called, and finally got a partial refund, not a full one. Why?!
@GeekSquad I got service on my range today from a really great tech, Ron B. out of the Plainfield/ Joliet, IL area. He’s great at his job and makes sure that you are happy with his work. Didn’t know if you guys sent out surveys for feedback, and I wanted to share that with you.
@BestBuy@GeekSquad incredible that I purchased a pretty expensive fridge with a geek squad warranty and now after 40 minutes on hold I’m told I have to call Samsung to get help, I pay for geek squad to handle all issues not give me the run around.
@bestbuy I am a long time customer and have never been treated so dismissively by management when trying to make a purchase, went in to spent about $4000 on appliances and the sale was lost because of poor treatment and $200.

@Shell why would you change the menu at your pumps, it’s so difficult now to use your reward card, the machines just go into an endless loop asking for the CC then the rewards card and then the same again. Arghhh
