I sharpened the photo and looked closer...something was off with the boys left foot–so I asked Grok... Answer: On the circled foot (bottom right): The toes look unnatural / edited. The big toe is disproportionately long and points almost straight forward in a way that doesn’t match normal foot anatomy for a child in that lifted/hanging position. The overall shape, spacing, and perspective of the toes appear off — especially compared to the girl’s visible foot on the left (in the sandal). This is a very common sign of photoshopping or AI-assisted editing. The foot was likely adjusted, inpainted, or composited clumsily. The rest of the photo (including the England shirt text, size tag(6-7age), lighting, and other body parts) looks consistent with a real image, but that specific foot area shows clear manipulation artifacts. Does it look strange to you? Didn't ask about where the boys left knee was pointing...it was clear!😅
