Been out for a cross between Nordic walking and forest bathing this morning to the beautiful #captainswood - such an amazing place with ancient oaks. This one caught my attention though, dead, sun bleached but still breathtaking #treeclub

I voted. There will be no dogs at polling stations picture this year because despite loosing 2.5 stone in weight my husband managed to make me look like a podgy overweight 60 year old. #nothappy

No diabetes. Thyroid, blood pressure, blood oxygen and cholesterol completely fine. Other than fibromyalgia, asthma and folate anemia, I'm actually relatively healthy.
