@giffgaff not impressed with your service. No one to talk to when help is needed. Oddly, a company that sells phones and is a network provider don't use the product they push to talk to their customers! Deeply disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication today.

@JDSports pointless, disapponting customer service. I called immediately after placing an order as I realised I'd made an error. I was told to reorder and that they had put a block on the first order. Surprise, surprise I've received texts to confirm both orders are on their way!

@YodelOnline your online help desk is a waste of time. I've tracked my parcel's progress for the past 3 days and each day it has said the expected delivery date is that day. No parcel materialises. The help desk apologise for being busy and tell me to keep tracking the parcel!
@AmazonHelp Obviously it did happen again. To give refunds, apologies and replacements is all well and good but it’s not the answer. Drivers who do their job and don’t say they’ve handed it to the resident when they haven’t is the answer
@AmazonHelp That they would tell the relevant department. I had same conversation a few days ago with a follow up email reassuring me it had been given the highest attention and wouldn’t happen again. I don’t understand why the drivers don’t try the doorbell or follow safe place instructions
@AmazonUK is anyone else fed up with Amazon deliveries? You wait in, they don't try the bell to see if you are in, don't deliver to your safe space but leave your parcel outside for all to see… and then you receive an email saying your parcel has been delivered & handed to you!
@AmazonHelp Yes, twice. Today and a few days ago. It’s made no difference at all. Reassured it wouldn’t happen again and it did today. Not impressed with the service at all. I was in both times. Safe space ignored. Parcels left for all to see.
@domainmonster this is the most incredibly inefficient customer service. The only way to contact you is via email, there is no live chat and no phone number. I have emailed you twice today and had absolutely no reply. Deeply frustrating and disappointing

Hermes have the worst reputation for delivery in this area (Wimborne), you only have to look at the local Facebook pages to see. No one expects to receive their deliveries and actually joke if they do!
@Hermesparcels I also have a large outside letterbox that the item would have fitted in. I'm frustrated, angry and disappointed. What is the point of next day delivery? I'm aware it's Friday and the courier is on a tight schedule and wants to get home but it's appalling service.
