My brain does not acknowledge 2020.

@CarvanaHelp your executive team has ghosted me after agreeing to reimburse me for the brakes and rotors that were worn down when I bought my car. If I don’t get a response about my reimbursement in 24 hours I will continue with my complaint with the BBB and the state of MD.

@AdvanceAuto just a heads up I’m filing a BBB complaint against your company for predatory practices and failure to accept my proof of purchase despite your flawed system. You sold me a bad battery, and are refusing to acknowledge the warranty despite proof of purchase.

@FedExHelp I had a case open with FedEx for a driver launching my package at my door. The manager of the warehouse called me, and requested the video footage in which I sent she said she would follow up with me and she ghosted me and my case was closed out. I need answers!
