Assuming these people were at the restaurant for 2 hours A $60 tip means this server made $30/hour off this ONE TABLE Is that not enough for a waiter to make? Does being a waiter really need to be a $150/hour job? The entitlement behind a lot of tipping culture is insane

@AreRohitBhai Don’t get carried away by these things. It’s a cultural thing. In India, it’s not usual to thank drivers while getting down whereas in western countries, it’s a practice. Don’t zoom in to these things

For New Zealand, this is a foreign place, but for India, it feels like playing at home. That’s why Indian players may not pay as much attention to it. Otherwise, they would also go to foreign countries and express their gratitude, because Indian team players are genuinely good at heart. You can see this in their interviews, their interactions with fans, and their behavior both on and off the field—they rarely do anything wrong. Respect to both teams ❤️❤️

@WisdenCricket This jerk was smashed all over by Indian batters in his penultimate IPL season and was going at almost 12 per over. Sour grapes. Nothing else. A better bowler Adil Rashid doesn’t get a IPL gig. This guy can’t even hold a bat like Adil.

🗣️"I pulled out of the IPL this year." Adam Zampa has cited pay considerations and the length of the IPL season as key reasons behind his decision to play in the 2026 PSL. #IPL2026 #PSL2026

@techAU Nah it's funny. He's not merely some businessman. His choice to back Trump and then his DOGE stupidity has cost tens of thousands of lives. Not cost them some money or their job. People are dead because of his foreign aid cuts.

@CollinRugg The IT guy was way too aggressive interacting with a judge in his court rooms he should have showed better decorum and respect. He came in there seemingly pushy. That’s what I see.

NEW: Judges are speaking out after Harris County Judge Nathan Milliron went viral for berating an IT worker who was trying to help him. Milliron has served on the bench since January 2025. Some judges off-camera are speaking out, saying the IT staffer is "helpful and well-liked," noting that he helps judges with a variety of issues in the courtrooms. Retired judge Mike Schneider says a judge's conduct can be reported to the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. Judge Rabeea Collier has also released a statement to ABC 13 following the incident: "We are aware of the concerns raised regarding recent widely circulated footage involving a member of our Civil Division. "The conduct of everyone serving in the judicial system must reflect the professionalism, respect, and impartiality that the public rightly expects." "While it would be inappropriate to comment on specific matters that may be subject to review, I want to assure the public that we take these concerns seriously." ... "There are established procedures to address concerns about judicial conduct, and those processes exist to ensure fairness, accountability, and due consideration of all relevant facts..."

@mdancho84 Sounds like you’re just bad at making dashboards.

I've never been a fan of Tableau and PowerBI. Static dashboards don't answer dynamic business questions. That's why a new breed of analytics is coming: AI Analytics.

RIP BI Dashboards. Tools like Tableau and PowerBI are about to become extinct. This is what's coming (and how to prepare):

Steve Waugh always thought cheating was winning. He passed on this deplorable culture to Ponting and company. I respect Warnie more than any other cricketer because he stayed true to himself in this toxic environment. The King!

A controversial moment in cricket history. #OnThisDay in 1995, Steve Waugh claimed a disputed catch to dismiss Brian Lara on 65. Waugh juggled a cut shot multiple times as he tumbled forward, but replays later showed the ball had touched the ground. Despite the doubt, Lara paused briefly before walking off, marking one of the most debated and decisive moments of the tour. “If I had doubts, I wouldn’t have claimed it,” Waugh said later. Australia won the test by 10 wickets.

That's it. That's the best picture from Saturday's No Kings protests in the USA. The literal Statue of Liberty being detained by police. It doesn't get much more poetic than this.

@grok Can you please educate this person that posting about your organization’s Chairman getting recognized globally is pretty normal for most organisations with examples? Also do you think this person needs to get their hatefullness cured because I am pretty certain this question would not have been raised for a non-Indian ICC chairman 🤷🏻‍♂️
