Do NOT fill tree pits with concrete as a rat solution. It's illegal, harmful to the tree and usually doesn't work. Caught these workers for the landlord of 179 ave B doing exactly this.

@twjpdx23 The company that made that dangerous vehicle and sold it to someone who was incapable of driving it safety. The government agencies that allowed that dangerous vehicle to be sold. And those who gave a license to someone who is not capable of driving safely.
