Emanuel also seems to forget that U.S. aid to Israel was part of the 1979 peace treaty with Egypt, where Israel returned the Sinai. Both countries receive aid under that deal.

Sneering about UN/ICJ, posting emojis, whatabouts, non sequiturs, insults, none of that will rewrite the convention. It is what it is.

I don’t understand why it’s so easy to accept that the Mayans and Inca’s committed human sacrifice, but it is impossible that Jews ever did. I don’t know if they did or not because I’ve never researched it. However, it’s certainly been reported in human history and the standard Jewish mantra of playing victim with no accountability does not help their case.

Iran is a country of 92 million people. If there were enough popular support for a revolution, there’s nothing the IRGC could do to stop it. The only reason American “aid” would be needed is because there is, in fact, NOT enough support for this fake revolution. I just returned from an overnight camping experience in the West Bank, where 200 Palestinians and Israelis came together for an evening of dialogue and connection. The truth is, most on both sides are still too hurt, hardened, or hopeless to join such a space. The violence and daily injustices weigh heavily, and hope often feels out of reach. And yet, what we built last night was real. It may understandably be too early for many, and though it’s often hard to see, our futures on this land are shared. This is the path forward, and it’s up to us to keep walking it.
