1/29 I see that you are a sincere believer, but just as truth requires more words to overcome lies, it also needs more to gently illuminate simplifications. What about the other 31,100 verses? The Bible is an organic whole; don't restrict it to isolated verses. 🧵📑🕯️⚖️📖🌿♾🏛️✨

@Skeletonkey5555 Created in the image of God, we carry an innate sense of good and evil. However, this sense is insufficient & can be perverted or led astray by our passions. Christ came to give us the perfection of God's love. Beyond that, our whole moral imagination is a religious inheritance.

@CatholicReplyH Eucharist and elders. That’s what you said made him Roman Catholic. Go back and look at your claim John Calvin was a Roman Catholic. Now get back to the argument or stop posting

@98765pewpew This arrogant mockery comes from someone who refuses to study deeply. Atheists do this all the time. It’s clear you haven't read a thing. You only ignore Catholicism because the Reformers did, and your understanding certainly isn't the same as Calvin’s.

@CatholicReplyH I read your comment, laughed, thought of the reasonability and posted a rebuttal Deal with the content or stop posting. How is taking Eucharist and being under a plurality of elders Catholic? You just described John Calvin Remember, you wanted this conversation lol

@CatholicReplyH Took Eucharist and followed elders? Gee I didn’t know I was Catholic too! They were Christians lol. Of course they did. Your desperate reach for Roman Catholicism is as silly as me calling them Presbyterian since they were in keeping with the WCF too

@Phil_Lord @Olu_Utd14 'He should' reveals the hidden bias: 'I choose how God reveals Himself.' No other revelation is enough (historical, internal, moral). Skeptics want a cosmic show or a 'galactic cop' who stops bullets like Matrix or gravity whenever a plane falls. That’s a puppet, not God. 🎭🌌

@CatholicReplyH @Olu_Utd14 "distant experimenter" does sound a little cold and the idea of an Architect entering his own creation is intriguing! He should do it again sometime and perform some superhero shit e.g. God sends giant meteor, Jesus stops it point blank within view of the most populated city.

@Phil_Lord @Olu_Utd14 If a 'Scientist' set the laws you study, He's the Reason (Logos) itself, not an observer. Scripture shows the Architect loved His work so much He entered it. Why settle for a distant experimenter? More absurd than choosing how God should reveal Himself? Meet the Author! ✝️

@OMGarridoG You forgot to mention that religion institutionalized everything that is good and charitable in the world, created universities, and laid the groundwork for modern science and human rights. If this 'console' built a civilization, imagine what it can do for your heart. ✝️

@NoHolyScripture Women led the Gospel: Jesus’ 1st miracle was at Mary's petition, He revealed Himself as Messiah to a woman, and He rose first for them! The command to men? Love your wives as Christ loved the Church. This isn't control; it’s radical honor. Discover the truth! ✝️🌹

@BibleInContext1 James 2:24 is clear: "not by faith alone." True faith works through love (Gal 5:6). If works are the "life" of faith, they are intrinsic to salvation, not just a byproduct. Let’s stop separating what God joined. Discover the fullness of the historic Faith! 🇻🇦

The Bible never condemns faith alone, but a faith that is dead, an empty profession. Its inward deadness is demonstrated by it's lack of an outward life.

"14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds. (2 Corinthians 11:14–15)"

@j4ypee__ We don’t glorify pain, but the God who walks with us through it. Where the world sees despair, Christians find hope and a call to serve. If the Cross looks "eww," it’s because Love goes to the limits. Come see the beauty that rises from the ashes! ✝️✨

@farmingandJesus Jesus is the King who served. The Church uses beauty not for personal luxury, but to lift souls to the Sacred. By the way, "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden." (Matthew 5:14)

@BibleInContext1 Jesus lived a perfect and sinless life. If the Law commands "Honor your father and your mother" (Exodus 20:12), and Jesus is the perfect fulfillment of the Law, how can you say that honoring Mary is wrong, if God himself perfectly honored her as his son?

Apparently, the Catholic Jesus is too busy and difficult to reach so you are encouraged to go through the Catholic Mary instead! Catholics have another Jesus!

@Phil_Lord @Olu_Utd14 Curiosity is the start of wisdom, not the end of faith. Evolution explains the "how," but only God explains the "why." As Darwin noted, the Creator gave the laws; science simply reads them. Reason and faith aren't rivals, but two wings that fly us toward the truth! 🕊️

@CatholicReplyH @Olu_Utd14 To gain a better understanding of God's creations, to understand the mind of God. Interesting! Curiosity led to the theory of evolution, which has led to many not believing in a creator (including myself). What a timeline! 😲
